No.

Trading OG would signal, or should signal, that we are going to be rebuilding...which I believe we should be doing.

That means that FVV is gone to the highest bidder as well. Siakam too if we know what's good for us.

I don't think FVV has any value right now. We probably value him more than other teams. OG as we assumed is garnering all the attention compared to FVV.

FVV has been an unequivocal let down.

I disagree. There could be discussions happening all over the NBA but we haven't heard of them yet.

Alternatively, he could have value but just not the value we all think he has. Either way, I'd rather move him now and take what we can get (within reason, of course) than gamble $200M that he regains whatever value we think he may have had before.

Not really, OG has a ton of value and has been rumoured to be unhappy with his role. The assets we get back for OG can accelerate this rebuild.

That's my thinking as well. For me it'll all depend on New Yorks picks/protections. But then again, Phoenix isn't some juggernaut built for now and the future. I can definitely see them failing to reach expectations and trying to "retool". I can see the argument for both trades.

I'm even sure why we should deal with Memphis if that's their offer. Plus their picks are surely to be late 20s. Plus they're built for now & later. Just seems like a bad deal for us IMO. Especially compared to New York/Phoenix. Does anyone know what Portlands offer would be? They suck now, and likely suck in the future.

I dont see us going full blow out but I can easily see 2 of Trent/FVV/OG gone by deadline. If OG and Fred are out, we will get a nice package in order to fix this team and move forward.
