Luka's big time stats are going to crumble once Kyrie starts demanding the ball lol times 1 million..this is so Epic.. For both Luka and Cyrie be careful what you wish for you just may get it
2 things need to go.. my lack of spell check and Joe..

Many have pointed out how poorly lineups have done with him and Brown leading the second unit. We see his per game stats and that he occasionally appears to fill the void for that one extra playmaker we were missing last year, but the advanced stats paint a pretty clear picture that he hasn't been a great fit for really any lineup variation. My personal theory is that he's too much of a PG/needs the ball too much and those lineups need something different. General framework for two deals I would consider are: Brogdon to Jazz for Olynyk and Malik Beasley or Brogdon to Spurs for Richardson and Poetl (with Brogdon probably needing to head to a third team)

Tatum and Brogdon on the court without Jaylen have a +15.3 net rating, in a huge sample, FWIW.

For some reason, Brogdon and Jaylen have just been a horrid fit, which legitimately surprises the hell out of me. We kind of use them backwards though, which doesn’t make sense to me.

Will the Nets stop dealing or is it the beginning of a fire sale?

I think he just proved he can’t make it that long playing ball outside of his terms

That's a good return for the Nets for the rental of a psycho point guard. Hope it goes better for Dallas than the last time they tried that.

It’s hilarious because Kyrie is a rich man’s Brunson. Now Mavs had to give up two very good rotation players to replace Brunson lol.

What a huge risk for Dallas….on one hand they are likely thinking when will they be able to get a huge upgrade jn talent like kyrie for this price on paper.

But he’s kyrie. He didn’t work out with his best friend- why would they think he will with a. Former Nike executive and Jason Kidd

My guess is that more Nets trades are coming. Otherwise I don't understand why they didn't wait for more offers for Irving.

Even worse is though Kyrie is a rich man's Brunson, Brunson is a sane man's Kyrie. Good luck Luka.

The Mavs will clear out $35M in salaries if Irving is not resigned. Maybe that's plan B. Or plan A, who knows.

Good return for BRK, and I'm honestly glad Kyrie didn't get to hold the league's attention hostage for very long.

Vague echos of when Nick van Exel went to DAL for me?

Damn they got a good return. This feels like the start of a chain of events for the Mavs ending with Luka leaving

Congratulations to Brooklyn for escaping the Kyrie Zone. And of course they should've just kept Dinwiddie and that crew originally:)

Now we just need Milwaukee to trade Giannis to San Antonio and Philly to trade Embiid to Houston and we will be all set.
