Man I hope we stealth tank.
We have talent on this team but the fit is all wrong.
Get a top 10 draft pick this summer and re-tool.
I hate rooting for losses but God damn. Masai really **** up this deadline.

Fck a stealth tank.
Just need to get rid of the deadwood and build talent through the draft.

We really going to value a first round playoff exit over dealing away vv and getting a high pick in the lottery to add to this squad.
It's really happening.

Re: Tank World Order (10.0) The Empire Strikes Back
Some interesting games tonight.
I'm finding watching the teams slightly above us, in the 6th-10th range (Heat, Knicks, Hawks, Bulls, Wizards), to be the most interesting. We need these teams to keep playing well.
PHI / BKN
MIA / ORL
IND / WAS
SAS / ATL
UTA / NYC
CHI / CLE
I put the teams I want to win in bold.
I'm still hoping we do a sneaky little tank job here. We need to make sure we lose all of our upcoming games against Washington / Chicago / Indy. We play Washington three more times before the season is up. Those would be big games to lose for a potential sneaky play-in miss.

Re: Tank World Order (10.0) The Empire Strikes Back
think it's possible we go on a losing streak before the break. the pistons aren't great, but casey is casey. and the magic have our number this year.
those early march games against the wiz/bulls are gonna be yuge for the tank.

I'm expecting a loss vs the Pistons. The try hard in Casey gets turned to 100 everytime we play them

Its wonderful that the league created tiers of mediocrity with the play-in. You got teams chasing the 10th seed to start chasing for the 8th.

Signed with team T.W.O for the 2022-23 2023-24 2024-25 season.

This team is headed for the worst case scenario. 9th place, in the East. 14th place in the draft lottery, I can easily see them getting knocked out of the play in by the Hawks. Quick guards blowing by FVV and a defensive big in Capela is all it takes.

Been looking over the remaining schedule and I can't be convinced we even break 40+ wins at all. 34-38 wins at most.

Other then last year, when was the last time we lost in the first round? (Remember in Tampa we stealth tanked, so doesn't count as mediocrity)
Oh yeah, 2015.........so we've lost once in the first round in 7 years, 6 playoffs, and one top four pick. I'm not sure you can call that first round mediocrity.

2022 - First round exit
2021 - Missed the playoffs
2020 - Lost in the second round (with Lowry)
2019 - Won the chip (with an actual squad)
Teams with pascal and vv leading have been ass come playoff time.

No no, no side stepping the argument. I was responding to the statement about 1st round mediocrity. That's a big statement that holds weight. Y'all gotta be accountable for the hyperbolic s*** you say.
