That was a wonderful half of basketball from Jalen.

When it’s shai and 4 dudes who can shoot, he has to learn how to use the attention he draws to kick out.

Yes shais shot wasn't falling because of the triple teams need to kick it out more often. But he is in the top 5Or 6 right now in the nba. We are fortunate to have a player like him. But how about jdub he was a steal in the draft.

He and Shai’s leap are the highlights of this season. He easily could have had an even more efficient game if he hadn’t missed some easy shots at the rim. I’ll admit I can get prematurely excited about young guys showing any flashes but Jalen is more than just flashes. I was happy we drafted an older proven player but his ceiling is so much higher than I could have anticipated.

Call me crazy but I wouldn't trade Jalen for pick #3 in the next draft.

He got all the tools and intangibles to become a very good NBA player (he already is pretty good). Need to improve his 3 pt% obviously like every Thunder player not named Isaiah Joe.

I think JDub is already more valuable than Giddey. I love Josh but he still has too many flaws.

I wouldn't trade him for the 3rd pick either maybe not for the second pick either.

JDub is future All-Star.

As you said, he has all the tools and intangibles. He is hungry, he is not passive like some other young guys.

In matter of Giddey, he is still very young and he is improving quickly. Smart players like him will always find ways to score and create. With time, he will get bigger and stronger, especially legs.

Future is very bright with Shai, Josh, JDub and Chet. We still need to see what will be with Dieng and pick from this draft.

I was so impressed with Jalen last night. His help block on Murphy was terrific. He abused Nance a few times. The spin back to his right into a layup was gorgeous. He nailed a step-back three on him as well. I got fired up when he ripped the ball from Alvarado. That was such an impressive defensive play.

As for Giddey... I think that's precisely what you want to see. He needs to improve his base. His little floater is much improved and he can get that shot with relative ease. He had Lewis on him at times last night and couldn't really take advantage of it. He tried to take him into the post and had no idea how to do it. His positional size is an advantage and he needs to add the skills that will allow him to take advantage of it. I don't want to see him in the post 10 times a night, but I do believe he could really benefit from punishing teams that try to hide a small on him.

Isaiah Joe not being picked for the shootout is criminal.

Don't remember an NBA team using the G-League like this. It makes sense though (not much for Wiggins even if I get it since the Thunder will play only one game in almost 10 days)

If I was Wiggins, I’d be pretty annoyed. There’s no reason he shouldn’t be a fixture in the rotation at minimum 20 minutes, if healthy.

Also, apropos of nothing, I think jre is too small for center, and shouldn’t be more than a 5th big on any decent team.

Would love if they can give 10-15 minutes to Dieng tonight.

Has anyone ever scored in the nba and g-league in the same day before?

I always wonder if there's stuff you don't see with Wiggins (ie - he's a poor trainer or is slow to grasp schemes etc). Otherwise the inconsistency with his playing time is weird as he's appears to be such a solid rotation guy.

This Rockets team is a disgrace. I do think they are still very talented though but their coaching staff and FO is beyond terrible. I really hope they don't get Wemby or Scoot.

I would love to try to get Jabari though...he's struggling a lot but he would be a great fit for us and we could allow him to develop the right way. I don't think Houston would trade him so fast but hope Presti tries.

JDub confidence is through the roof...that poster on Sengun was insane.
