Agreed imagine another distributor in this rigid offense. Either Heat knew he was set on signing with another team or simply just weren't interested

Yeah, everything about Russell Westbrook they looked into told them not to. Regardless of yall might think RW wasn't helping this team with his abysmal shooting, and propensity to go tunnel vision and clank some ugly looking circus shot over another player.

Good day for the heat. Did not panic and trade 1st round picks and addressed a big gap. I’d say Love is an upgrade over PJ + younger and is better than crowder at the 4. Super cheap too. Great move.

I thought it was mentioned recently that the plan was to start Yurtseven with Bam before he got hurt?

Zeller is a real headscratcher.

1. He's not better then ORlando.
2. hasn't played in a Year.

3. All of a Sudden we're going big? Couldn't we have gotten A Better stiff C in the offseason?

Not bad Cody. Not bad at all. Hope Spo plays him some with Bam.

Riley found Zeller in the cellar.
For a long time it gave me nightmares, witnessing an injustice like that. It’s a constant reminder of just how unfair this world can be.I can still hear them taunting him, Silly Rabbit tricks are for kids.I mean why couldn’t they just give him some cereal?

I like both of these signings.

At 34, no one should be expecting prime Kevin Love. But he can absolutely help us this year. I don’t know what condition he’s in to wear heavy minutes, but if he can give us 24-26 minutes a night, he’ll be at 12/7 or something. Plus he’s a legit floor spacer.

Zeller is just a handy vet big. He’s nothing special, but he can fill a role, defend, pass a little and even has a little floor spacing ability himself. Forgot he wasn’t on a team tbh.

The front office likely knows our **** shooting isn't getting any better and with no good shooting buyout players available, our only hope is bringing Yurt back and adding Love and Zeller so we can get some offensive boards.

Can't experiment now. The second half of the season, you have to play what you practiced.

I still have my doubts about that report since Spo has never seemed to like Yurt as a lone big let alone with Bam. And they honestly didn't even look good together in the small sample sizes we've seen. But even then, our lone big off the bench was Dedmon. That's no way to enter a season. I'm so glad we finally have a proper frontcourt rotation, even if it's only at least in number and not talent. It's a huge step in the right direction for this team. Now it's on Spo to finally accept that we need the lineups to work with this added size and utilize them. If Love isn't the starter I'll be immediately worried about his plans for this.

With Zeller, his signing makes me worried about Yurt's future availability. If he was coming back soon, I dont think we make this signing.

Who gets sniped from the 2 way? Im assuming this means Robinson goes and we sign Bouyea to the second two way.

Regardless of Yurt coming back soon or not, this is a move you should make. He has proven to be unreliable, healthwise....so you need the depth.

I like both of these moves. It addresses major problems at the 4 and 5, especially with Yurt coming back. We are so weak at the 4 and 5 that minutes can easily be found for Bam, Yurt, and Zeller each game.

The reasoning your wanting is not found anywhere, there is no vision or direction. We are shooting from the hip as they say trying to find something that works, sticks or betters the crap we have already. The only direction we have is up it seems by simply not playing the bottom of the barrel that sits on this bench. Zeller for as slow, uncoordinated and unathletic as he is can still produce back up minutes. He does posses good to great block out IQ, which means those rebounds Robinson allows he won't. He also has a wider base and sets tougher screens than Robinson which gives our players that extra room to break free for a shot or drive. Its the little things that vets do that younger players just don't yet posses. Whatever you might think of Orlando Robinson he is probably one of the most unathletic young bigs we have had, zero leaping ability. They are both equally as serviceable on a put back basket so Zeller will problaby edge him out on the rotation unless Yurt gets back.
