Look at Hauser at the back.Having issues with shooting also in practice.
His defense also regressed and he is targeted by opposing teams.

PP just leapfrogged him on the rotation in the last couple of games IMO
Jackson played non-garbage time yesterday over Hauser, which is a shock

I think we need another able wing off the bench (or wait for Hauser to get his sh*** back)

Hauser is OK. But he Never replaced the Jays as a 2nd Squader.
We need someone to fill that Void. Jackson (at the very least) needs to be Traded.

What's the issue with Jackson ? He's perfectly capable of being the 15th man on a championship roster. In fact he's done it before. He can play capable NBA wing defense, make the occasional jumper and he knows his role well enough to stay out of the way on offense and not rock the boat by demanding playing time, shots or whatever.

The Bench Players did Really Well.
We were down Tatum (rest) for the Game, and then Smart & Rob, for the 2nd Half.

Also, White got injured in the game, as well.
Griffin came in and helped out. Curiously, Hauser didn't play.

PP off-the-ball is a weapon esp against switchy defenses. Favorite part of the vid aside from his steal (which they botched) is JB making the right, simple read of passing the ball to PP as he drew two. That’s a clutch assist on B2B games for JB (kicked out to Horford for corner 3 vs GSW). Type of plays that help a team win without him needing to score.

Two things:

Give PP some real run. Give Marcus 10 days off and save those miles on his body.

Interesting to think about Grant's trajectory. He's added things to his game this year and he only just turned 24. He's going to keep improving. We definitely want those next 4 years of his career.

At least 3 Made Threes, Sam Hauser:
• First 21 Games: 8 times
• Next 24 Games: 0 times

Then he got two DNPs. Last night, he made 3/6 from 3. Let's hope he's back.

It will be interesting to see if we keep our Primary Rotation Guys, past this Trade Season.

Bench mob is nothing to write home about
In a playoff situation where all are healthy you can play Brog, White and a little Grant
No other player will have any impact in an intensive playoff seriese
Grant regressed a lot in the last 2-3 weeks. It is not just the offense. The defense which is his calling card isn't there
We need upgrade to the bigs and wings ASAP
I want a hard nosed athletic player for a change
We have enough finesse cerebral players

hmm

Nothing wrong with having a different opinion - as long as it's done respectfully. It'd be lame if we all agreed on everything :)

just remember that a) if we can get healthy the bench will look better when Smart is back and White or Rob/Al is part of it, and b) Payton Pritchard can score at will ;)

I’m with you on a. But b… I’m not sure sure unless it’s Will Smith or Will from Stranger Things or someone like that.

Fun trivia: How many of you know that Brogdon was in the same draft class as Jaylen? Didn't realize it until I looked it up.

I hereby declare the Hauser Hiatus (Sam Shooting Sabbatical?) to be over.

Yet they're 4 years apart in age.

The reason turns out to be that Brogdon not only played 4 years in college, but also took a year off for injury.
Banned temporarily for, among other sins, being "Extremely Deviant".
