JDub had a good game but I wish he was a bit more selfish sometimes.

I think he’ll get there but part of the benefit of not being too selfish is his efficiency is so good. That’s something a few others on this team could learn from.

He needs to study pretty much every part of Joe's game.
That’s true of about 2/3 or the NBA. Joe is a flame thrower.

Still don't get how the sixers waived Isaiah Joe. He fits so well their teams need too.

I won't deny that i hope SGA won't play our 6 home games...20-25% of a top 4 pick is a big deal

If you don’t have the shooting that Joe have , you can’t really model yourself into a poorer version of him though .

I meant more the way Joe moves off the ball, the way he only takes higher % shots (albeit what is higher % for him is not necessarily the same for others) and the way he works defensively. You almost never see him get into a situation where he holds the ball too long and tries to force a shot/drive, which is Mann's issue frequently.
Then again IJ has a high IQ and Mann doesn't, which may never be solved.

Getting himself open is a something everyone could do but generally both are different style of player.

FWIW, I made my post specifically when Mann got picked from behind dribbling cluelessly in traffic. It wasn’t even a shooting comment. I’ve seen him make a lot of dumb turnovers this year just because he seems to not have any idea that 5 of the people on the court have no interest in watching him shoot a fadeaway jumper.

Oh sorry. That the convo just got lost .
Exactly how Mann looks like on court for some play .

Well regardless, he’s got a lot of work to do. Joe, on the other hand, is a joy to watch.

I am of the opinion that Wiggins should start over Dort. Anyone agree with me. Wiggins is a superior shooter and plays plenty well on defence. I have never understood why he doesn't get more playing time.

Isaiah Joe killing it with SGA out.
22 games left and Dieng is healthy, it's time to give him 15+ minutes/game.

At worst I’d like to see Wiggins getting Mann’s minutes.

Re: OKC Thunder 2022-23 Regular Season Discussion
Could see the frustration from Giddey/JDub yesterday because we are losing games but I really hope we can finish with a bottom 8th or 9th record...remote chances of getting lucky in the draft and also I like the odds to move up from 8-9 to 5 or maybe even 4 if Houston gets unlucky (no way it happens if we have a 11-12th pick, the talent gap is too big)
Our core has little to prove in those last 20+ games and I want to watch more of some young players, especially Dieng. JRE deserves more playing time too because he had bad luck with injuries.

Its time to tank, play-in is gonna be a dogfight and even if you make it then 7-8 seed kills you.
4-18 for this 22 games left, and pray for the pick 5-6 pre lotto.

I’m ok with tanking now. Mann, waters, Dieng, poku, sarr. Let’s see what you don’t got, fellas.
