How can a gun get into an airplane? The players go thru metal detectors and the luggage is screened
Is this true on private planes?
I haven't been on one since before 9/11.
I think it likely would violate league rules, team rules, and airport rules, even if the private plane were OK with it.
I posted this a day or two ago, but even before you get to how or when he got his hands on a gun in Denver, the NBA has very clear rules about firearms. (Thank you, Gilbert Arenas.) One of them states that you can’t be in possession while traveling on league business in any capacity. So yeah, I think it’s very reasonable to assume given Jenkins’ language from yesterday’s press conference that this could be a lot longer than two games.
Man, what a fck up. Can’t remember the last guy who has done more damage to his image in such a short amount of time outside of something really flagrant like spousal abuse or the like.
