Woah! Holy Hell! I was caught up and could only scoreboard watch tonight. Saw we were down by like 12 with five minutes remaining and then just now checked to see that we pulled it out! HOW TF do we keep doing this?!!! This season feels different! Still might be a second round exit, but this team is doing things I've never seen it do before! Awesome win! I knew we'd have trouble with Simons and Lillard tonight! Great win!

Can’t believe we didn’t get Dame-timed.
Embiid likely boosted his MVP resume with that game winner. It’ll be tough for the media to award Jokic a third consecutive MVP with absolutely no postseason success to show for it. I think he might get it this year.

These guys dont play hard until crucial moments. Its just light cardio for them. They also play not at a fast pace and does not jump that much for most of the game.

The advantage of having Maxey and Harden is when teams decide to put their big switchable wing on James. We can have Maxey on the weak side to play 2 man game with Embiid, thats where the “weak link” is on defense. And seems like we did the right job attacking Reddish-Nurkic 2 man defense this game.

Are you 76ciology alt account?
hehe this type of games also allows us to conserve energy (we dont play hard most game) and be better as each of these late games we play.
You wont really see playoff type effort and playoff type schemes until you play close games. Teams just run their usual stuffs and players just pace themselves most game like a typical office employee before near the deadline.

Just going through the game thread now. Always interesting reading the meltdown posts and then watching everybody’s moods pick up once we turn things around. Haha

This board is dead to rights. Nobody has a hold of their feelings, emotion, logic, trolling, statistical analysis. It's a literal cesspool of what it used to be. But hey I'm happy you're entertained by all of it.

I think it's partly being very slow on both ends . Harden slow, Tobi slow, Embiid slow, Tucker slow. The defensive rotation are slow and our forwards lack finishing ability around the rim(less easy buckets) if their shot isn't falling and Harden holds on to the ball so the offense gets stagnat. Embiid also takes plays off defensively untill crutch.
I think because Embiid is so good he can defer and look to try to get Maxey and Tobias going first and focus on defense initially and than when those guys get going he can get his and let guys like House, Melton and McDaniels help him defensively.

C'mon bro, it's not that bad. Being a little harsh on your fellow Sixer nation. I'm sure the regulars all recognize each other's names and what not. I've been here since 2003. Whether we get along or argue or whatever, I consider all of you my Sixers fam.
