Jimmy making sure he closes out the season hard, hitting above his metrics being super hyper efficient like we didn't just watch him skip out on half the games on effort early on and be on cruise control most of the season. Dude is also part of the problem from the get go, the players around him rub off on that I try when I want attitude.
