I told my friend yesterday I think the Magic are gonna beat both of LA's teams at home, especially with recent Lakers troubles

He said just wait, Austin Reaves is gonna go off.

Who wouldve guessed haha

Why? This has been happening all season. It’s rarely the stars that beat us, it’s these players that come out of no where cause no one know their fame or how to guard them. The defense is not trying to contain them.

Don't care about the loss too much. It's how we loss, Austin Reaves is not this good. Our perimeter defense is terrible.

won't go that far.... lol.... but i'd throw a contract at him in the offseason. Lol. I'd pay to watch him cross up players nightly. haha

you sure?

  hahah.... great game by him!

but i do hope our scouting team goes... "I can see him on our team!"

I would be happier throwing $15 mill at him than FVV at his desired $30 mill. not even going to lie.

This game would've been a win if Suggs played. Also why I can't understand how some people see Suggs as expendable

This season we dared other players to beat us besides their stars and we’ll…they have.

Needed loss if the plan is to keep that 5th spot.

People just find random ass reasons to hate Mosley imo, haven't seen one good critique outside of resting players too long at times but a lot of coaches have weird rotations. For the personnel he's had and the injuries he's dealt with this year, I'm beyond fine with the way he's coached this year.

When I'll really start to judge is when I feel like we have a winning roster and how he handles that.. which may be as soon as next year

This is my thing. The season is over. The wins and loss don't matter. But losing to a 7-8th man averaging 11 points a game, Who we should be attacking all night making him play D. Is just wild in my eyes but it is what it is I guess

Zero issue with the shot or how the Magic have played tonight from a shot selection perspective.

If they shoot 10 fewer threes tonight, they have 3-4 fewer makes and they're getting blown out. The volume is what's kept them connected in the first place.

Based on the %’s they’ve shot tonight, if they took 10 fewer 3’s and 10 more 2’s there would be a 1 point difference at most.

Paolo and Franz combined for 1-10 shooting from 3. If either of them had hit at a league average rate the game would be tied. Making shots is costing us more games than taking shots is.

Nice game and then like 5 bad decisions in the last minute. I dont know why Franz was so trigger happy from the 3 tonight when everything else was working fr him

Franz hitting threes well this year but I still don't like his form much. He has to speed it up. Makes it hard for him to shoot anything but open shots since it's hard to do it off the dribble for him.

No! These players that have great games against team for a few games need to be watched over a period of time before throwing money like that. Teams do not have enough info on their games or know how to defend them. Once they have played enough games, teams can build a defensive scheme around them and contain them. Any of these players that are playing hot down the stretch while not playing like that all season, whether it’s due to them coming off the bench behind star players or what not, need to be watched closely before we throw millions at them.
