This is going to be the longest off-season of my life. I’m not sure if I’ve ever anticipated a season as much as I’m looking forward to 2023-24.

JUST WIN

..

Bulls already won.

Just realised the Magic can tie the Bulls and own the tie breaker. So: a win in this game and the Magic is still mathematically capable of the playoffs!

Pistons have a problem. Ivey is not a PG and neither is Cade. Both can't play SF... so they can't start together from what I've seen.

Franz has to drop the ball down to his crown jewels before he starts the upward shot motion. I'm sure he has an inner clock that says to him " you don't have time to get this one off". At some point t it would be ideal if he could rework his form but for now he has to pass off shots that he doesn't have time to get off with the dip he puts in his motion.

I think it’s more that he premeditates his shots well before he takes them. When he’s open he knows he get get a defender scrambling towards him with a fake which will open up a lane to drive. Because there’s been plenty of times in the 4th where he’ll get a shot up with a defender on him regardless of his form. The difference is at those points he knows the team needs a 3 to gain ground.

I'd rather give Bol minutes than Okeke. Yeah, he's rough around the edges but has shown more than Okeke ever has.

Amen Thompson or Anthony Black could probably handle running point and defending the 3. Then again, defenses run a lot more zone these days so a 3 doesn’t always end up defending the 3.

That was a woefully long half.

Just need Paolo to get 20+ in a majority of these final games.

I want him to average 20 per game.

1st half was an 1 hour and 20+ minutes long that's ridiculous....

Outside of that nothing really surprising here. Detroit's tank is strong as hell.

Let’s drop both once the season is done. Draft Hendricks and sign Naz Reid.

It’s a pipe dream but I’d really love it if Luka requested a trade this offseason.

That team is a mess.

I've been watching all of the 'tanking' teams from the last few years and am very interested to see how it all plays out for Detroit, Houston, OKC, and us.

Fultz hasn't mentally been into this game.

Dallas gave up 1 starter, another quality bench-level player, 1 unprotected 1st rd pick (in 2029), and 2 2nd rd picks for a 3 month rental

Luka deserves a better team but I would hate to be the team that trades for him. Trading for megastars hardly ever works out for the team acquiring the star.

Bulls beat the Grizz. Play in hopes are dead.

Return to Orlando Magic
