This was like every dumb loss last year. 6 minutes left, up 10+, we for some reason let Tatum bring the ball up even tho our offense is easily better with a guard initiating and Tatum starting off ball. We park Jaylen in the corner for no good reason even when he's liquid metal hot. Tatum slows WAAAAAY down, the offense craters, its starts effecting the defense, Smart does something stupid.

Loss.

Tatum plays basketball like he’s 60. Zero burst in his game since the all star break. Cannot **** shoot threes either. Slows the pace down and then our guys have to shoot late end of the quarter shots. Also panics in the clutch, had that brutal turnover to hunter while Trae young was out there giving everything he had out there, I don’t care what his field goal percentage was but he wanted it. Tatum didn’t. Tatum talking all year about the finals, well you ain’t gonna go there if you play like this and don’t come out with a sense of purpose. This Celtics team is the same, always choking in games they should win. Don’t have a closer, Brogdon could be that guy but Mazzulla loves smart because he can do no wrong

Lots to put on the bingo card for the pessimists tonight.

-Mazzulla loses a playoff game
-Tatum settles during a playoff game

True, but every additional game means more gas out of Horford's tank and we all know what happened in last year's Finals
