If it's the latter it's what we've been seeing. A team that doesn't have heart, players that don't want to play anymore.

Again it really seems like Smart, Brown, Tatum walk around with a lot of talk and swagger about everything they've done like they are actually the Big 3 from the Warriors and not the guys who have never won it and have only been on teams that have lost it either as the favorites or underdogs every year in the playoffs.

Harden has adjusted his role to be a less of a scoring machine to a more of a facilitator to fit in with Embiid and Durant in Brooklyn
