PHX traded a ton of draft capital for this. KD and CP3 will only be another year older next season. This is bad for the suns.

KD on a clear decline and injury prone. They gave up 4 unprotected 1st until 2029 and a 1st swap along with Bridges and Cam. It's not looking good. Ayton can't be worth much on his contract. CP3 is done. Booker, KD, Ayton and Shamet are the only guaranteed contractors for next year worth a total of 127 million. The cap next year is 134 million. The team before the trade could have lost in the 2nd round with a better future and flexibility. I mean last years Suns got destroyed in round 2 at home to end the season. Owner forcing that trade probably crippled this team for years unless James Jones works magic this summer and KD ages backwards.
