+100. He is a Laker creation. Will not replicate this elsewhere.
Don't get me wrong I think he's good but being the 3 or 4th option while pretty much being open.... Not sure that's worth 100 million.... But that laker machine puts a little extra shine on that fools gold..... Put Cole Anthony in that same role on the lakers? No difference

not saying he is worth $100 mil. but his game doesnt rely on getting a whistle. he has shown game

Nobody is expecting Austin to be the first or second option on a team. He could be the perfect role player for us. We need his shooting and play making. He is the ultimate glue guy along side Franz and Paolo. That is it. Maybe 4 years 80M or 90M. But I hope Lakers reject that offer

I’ve been leading the bandwagon on this concept but for me, it does depend on our draft. If we draft two guards, there is no room for him and we’ll still need to move another guard or two. Luckily, the draft comes first and we’ll be able to see how things shake out.

I’ll be the first to admit that a 4/80 deal is an overpay but if the pickings are slim, you gotta do what you gotta do… The FO should have all scenarios mapped out for this summer and next summer to come to the conclusion of what makes the most sense.

I've said it before, i'm fine with it IF that price is right...Because on this team i don't see him as the first or second option i have him probably 4th option here however floor spacing is indeed important so as long as we're not breaking the bank then fine....Agree with you on the draft, if we pick certain prospects we might not need to go the reaves route

He is winning me over. These are some big performances in big moments. When one of the ‘big 3’ fail, he steps up to fill the gap. Can’t fault his play.

I just can’t square people watching what the Heat are doing and then not wanting a guy that would just plug right into that team. He has had some plays as of late that I don’t love when he goes into hero mode but most of the time, he is playing team ball and he’s as efficient as you can expect for a 4th/5th option.

Who's the third of the Lakers' "Big 3"?

Russell. He’s no Kyrie, but he forces teams to game plan for him.

I am starting to gather steam on waiting to sign him. It's going be an over pay but dude has been really good in the playoffs and we could use his shooting.
The hero Orlando deserves is out there somewhere, Dwight was not the one we needed. So we will hunt for him...

Is there any other SG the Magic could get for "only" four-year as a $98.6 million contract?

Bruce Brown, Carius LaVert, Josh Hart, Gary Trent jr, Jordan Clarkston would all be possible options for probably less money.

That list is good. Outside of GTJ I'd rather go all in on Reaves.

Bruce Brown, Carius LaVert, Josh Hart, Gary Trent jr, Jordan Clarkston are all nice players and good upgrade potential over G-Harris.

But there is a case to be made that Reaves could be a future allstar. To get a guy like that below market value is rare.

He is a dawg. I would prefer more 3pt volume but he would be a nice player to add. It may be an over pay at this point but … It’s an upgrade over Gary.
