We've already come back from 0-2 to beat Jimmy. We can do it again.

You mean that series where Rondo was absolutely dominating Boston until he got hurt in game 2 and had to sit the rest of the series, where the great Fred Hoiberg was their coach and a washed Wade was their second best player?

Spo and this current heat team aren't that pathetic 2017 bulls team if you don't know the difference between those two teams now I'm not sure what to tell you.

There will have to be MAJOR adjustments. Mostly defensively. The C’s aren’t stopping anything. Not stopping Butler, not stopping Bam, not running them off the line, not getting rebounds, etc. It’d help if the idiot with the clipboard wouldn’t completely go away from the one defensive lineup that was effective out there

I've seen enough to not believe.
Two things are clear to me.(and alot hunches)
1. Miami's coach is showing the world how big of coaching disadvantage we have. Eric is lapping Joe every move.( We go get one of the fired championship pedigree coaches bring in a ex player coach as well imo losing Damon, hurt big time.)
2. Our actual players. Guards are solid but we lack big man depth and have no bruiser clever vet.
Four guards smart is regressing but still solid brown great, Brogdon great, white great. Pp solid No need to draft one either with 3 two-way contacts we can bring in mader and begarin. Plus we got JD.
Tatum great horford showing his age still solid then just can't will and he sucks idc if 99%of the population likes him I see through his garbage play overated and not reliable and it was supposed to be Gallo. The timelord unhealthy but our back up are Kornet garbage, muscala hot garbage, Griffin old burn out might have two decent game available.
Needless to say I don't want to see can't will,pp,kornet, muscala, champagne, Griffin on our team next year that's 6 players to replace imo
Can a miracle happen yes so I'll continue to root for this team but in my gut after what I've watched it's over this year

This team has had issues with consistency and work ethic since way back in the 2009-10 season. They had no business making the Finals that year based on laziness and poor conditioning. The former has been an issue for most of the time since then, the IT era excepted.

I'm no fair-weather fan, but the writing is on the wall for this group: they lack leadership, grit, and mental toughness.

Talent alone wasn't why we won in 2008. All of the great Celtic dynasties have thrived on defense and trust, and for Lord knows what reason this team hasn't given a crap about stuff like that, instead trying to be a homeless man's version of Golden State bricking 3s left and right. Mid-range offense and dribble penetration and finishing at the rim is a throwback. It's all drive and kick, jack up a 3.

As for coaching, I haven't been this down on a Celtics coach since friggin' PITINO.

This FRANCHISE, let alone team, needs to earn back the respect of the fans, because this crap gives me no confidence. I can't imagine shelling out hundreds of dollars to witness these meltdowns in person.

We have got this far in spite of him. The much praised move of Timelord into the starting lineup is simply somebody else’s that he stopped doing then took too long to bring back.

Might be a great coach one day and I can forgive the fact he’s not in a great position and needs time, what I can’t forgive is repeating the same basic mistakes over and over and over again then being a rude petty **** to the media.

He talks to the media like he's Bill belichick. He rubs me the wrong way.

You can get away with that if you have a half dozen championships.

Honesty who is Belichick without Brady, the greatest QB of all time. What has Belichick done without Brady?

Who is coach Pop without Duncan (one of the greatest PFs of all time) and without David Robinson (one of the top 10-15 centers of all time)? Robinson retired, Pop had Duncan, Parker, Manu and K. Leonard.

I don't follow that logic.

So any coach who's won less than 6 championships should act like a pu$$y?
Nothing wrong with having a different opinion - as long as it's done respectfully. It'd be lame if we all agreed on everything :)

You don't follow alot of logic. Let me help you out.

I laughed because he nailed it. This Miami team isn't the Bulls. And it's kinda stupid to compare them. No offense.

Only a slight chance if JB turns it around. But he doesn't look like the confident Brown since he hurted his hand again. Apparently his hand was bleeding after a dunk in the last game against the Sixers.

Nope, we somehow regressed from last year and even 2 years ago, albeit having a better team on paper. I can't believe this team is less resilient than a team with main guys: IT, Jae, Bradley
Good assessment:

PLO wrote:Tatum played OK - took advantage of a few mismatches - decent on the defensive end. He is what we thought he was going into the season - a technically very proficient player operating close to his career ceiling as a rookie.
