Chit, she probably weights more than Kevin Love at any rate.

We can't make anymore signings unfortunately, and we need a guard more.

Bam needs to stop holding the ball at his ankles when he's in the paint. He needs to quit dribbling so much. He can bring the ball up the floor but he can't handle all that well in the paint.

What's the one major thing we had in common in both losses? We turned the ball over at least 27 times. I think we'll be okay if we take care of the ball, attack the rim, and rebound the ball. We cannot win if Jimmy and Bam are turning the ball over. Jimmy should know by now that he can't take pull up jumpers against Robert Williams!

Maybe we can get our guards to stop passing him the ball 7 feet lower than his head?

If someone told me the Heat would be up 3-2 a week ago I would be happy.
But somehow with a 3-0 lead, this game is really crucial. Don't want to go back to Boston for a game 7 dropping 3 in a row.

I'm not on the Beno train but it would have been nice to have Dragic coming off the bench.

Read on Twitter

We need an answer out of this. And Bam CAN NOT let this turn into easy turnovers.

Lowry and Jimmy passing up a ton of clean perimeter looks and Jimmy not taking advantage of the better 1-on-1 looks he gets allows the paint to just get tighter and tighter. Gabe was missed in this regard as he has been putting as much pressure on the defense as anyone off kickouts.

All hands on deck

Of course he can. What he can't do is stand there staring at the basket for 3 seconds while Robert Williams inches closer and then slowly launch into a jumpshot where he clearly leaves the ground allowing an easy contest.

Robert Williams is not a boogeyman.

Nah guards are going to get him the ball wherever they can. Bam has to be stronger with the ball. It's one of the first fundamental things you learn as a big. Bam just can't handle any traffic so when they shade him with another defender he loses focus and they're just swiping at the ball. We could fix this 3 ways.
1. Bam needs to not allow himself to get pushed out so far on the block.
2. Bam needs to make more decisive moves. legit any times he does that its a positive result.
3.Guards need to get tf out his way. We overload the other side of the floor when Jimmy Isos. Need to do the same with Bam. Half of those turnovers were because whoever passed him the ball didn't relocate and allowed their defender to shade him.

Maybe it’s better that this series is over. Seeing us get swept in the finals, losing by 15+ each game would be disgusting.

Jimmy is Jamal Mashburn/Eddie Jones.
Bam…well, Bam is just a role player getting paid like a super star. Duncan’s contract has more value than Bam’s right now.

So you rather be the first team to blow a 0-3 lead in NBA history and have the Miami Heat carry that for eternity, just so you can come back and say you were right about Jimmy being all bark on a public anonymized forum?

Lmao bro. What kind of logical thinking is that?

Kobewade11 wrote:The series is not over, but it will end for either team tomorrow night. Obviously if we win Boston is done. If we lose a 3rd consecutive closeout game (second try at home), I believe the pyschological weight of having to go back on the plane for a game 7 would be so heavy that the game would essentially be over before it starts. It's on Spo and this team to be ready to match the intensity of the Celtics from tip-off, especially Jimmy and Bam. We need to give the home fans reason to get on their feet and stay engaged. If we allow them to get going they will take the crowd out of it and be on cruise control. I'm going as far as to call this a legacy game for certain players on the team - at home, game 6..just get the f*cking job done.

Possibly or if Boston can get this to a 7th we may no longer feel the pressure of a closeout game, seeing as it wld be even & Boston wld then become the heavy favorites. Tables wld turn & we wld be playing w/ nothing to lose like Boston in gm4 & 5 or us the entire playoffs up until we went up 3-0 vs Celtics.

There's no better time now to hammer in our culture motto:

“the hardest-working, best-conditioned, most-professional, unselfish, toughest, nastiest team in the league."
If u don't want 2b here, the way things work, u don't like it, then don't b here. U have 2 stand on something. If Miami ain't standing on something, they become alot of these organizations trying 2 find their identity. This is the culture, bro -Wade

Jimmy, Bam pick n roll seems like the obvious counter.

I hope somebody sits our guys down & give them a spine tingling, heart pumping, teary eyes enticing, goose bump provoking, deep, spirited speech to inspire blood, grit & ultra-determination.

I hope Wade gives Jimmy a call & guide him on how this is to be done. Maybe Riles gives Jimmy BITW card.

Need our squad pumped & ready for blood!

But we were never a consistent team, look at our regular season. This is who we are, we can beat anybody when we are on our game but we can also lose to the sorriest team in the league, this is our team and what we have to deal with, we were never supposed to be here and even if we are at the brink of making the finals doesnt change the fact that this is all a big overachievement. This is not a narrative VOLs its just the reality of our current team. Nothing we can do about that. Yes its very frustrating to be wasting opportunities, we might even lose the series but dont forget this team as currently constructed is not supposed to be fighting in the Conference finals much less reaching the NBA finals.

They talk game 5 and the rest of the series and mention this is where the Heat/Spoelstra needs to make some strategic changes.

Riley rolls a giant vat of ice water into the locker room.

Riley stares silently at the vat, his arms extended as in a crucifix. The room quiets.

Riley dunks his head into the giant vat of ice water.

A few seconds pass.

UD smiles and nudges Jovic. He’s seen this before. He knows this is the moment Riley will implore the team,

“DO YOU BELIEVE?! HOW BADLY DO YOU WANT IT?!”

A minute passes.

And then another.

And another.

Spoiler:
Riley drowns.

Heat blows 3-0 lead.

Our team needs this sorta sh*t right here:

Everyone always wants to know about the culture. They want to know the “secrets of the Miami Heat” and whatnot. They got all these opinions and questions — especially with a fifth-seed team showing out in the Finals. Now everyone’s trying to figure it out…..

Man, if y’all want to know, here it is. Here’s the big secret:

Heat Culture isn’t just about winning.

It’s about how you win.

It’s crawling to the finish line if you have to. It’s leaving NOTHING in the tank. It’s being in the best **** shape of your LIFE. It’s always wanting more: out of yourself, out of your teammates, even out of the game. It’s being that type of guy where they might talk bad about you in the media — about your attitude or your ego or whatever it may be — but Pat knows you’re going to give him that BULLY on the court.

I’m telling you.

It’s not what you think. It’s not a catchphrase. It’s not some lil bubble storyline.
