This is an NBA franchise, not a disadvantaged youth organization. No one is going to feel sorry for you for being undermanned. Improve the team.

It was our defense. We can't make a string of stops against the Joker like we did against the Celtics. Thank the lord they are not making any head coaching changes and will continue to be a stupid shot-taking team next year.

We also shot poorly against the Celtics. Literally no answer to Jokic and to be fair no one in the league found one yet.

I still think about that 3 he took vs Celtics last year in ECF, when he could have drive to the basket
He wasn't hurt then

Glad he made a mini-run by himself and scored the last 12 pts for the Heat. He won't be crucified as much in the media.

He had a bad series plain and simple. Heat had no chance to win this series with this version of Butler. If he gets criticized he deserves it. He was being talked about as a top 10 player and future hall of famer, which he is. With that comes expectation to play at high level in every series. And if you don't you get criticized. If we think he should get a pass but then we can talk about him as a top 10 player. If he had a serious injury then would explain it and not much could have been done about that.

Overstated. Jokic moved him around like a blow up dummy.

Murray blew past him on the perimeter in a key possession down the stretch.

Moreover, he did nothing on offense in the second half but miss 6 shots in the paint.

Post the clip of Murray blowing by him

Rewatch the game lol

It happened

You’re drunk, it didn’t happen

We had so many open looks in this series. It's not like Denver scored 130 a game. We only scored 89 tonight for example. The shooting was garbage all series except for game 2.

Absolutely. Anyone in the west not named the Nuggets, we would've out-toughed them.

Not with this version of Jimmy. Would have been a much better series, although I couldn’t stomach the thought of losing to them again in the Finals

Boston is a legit gripe.

Lakers??? We lost Bam and Goran. No chance. Lets not rewrite history.

The shooters went cold in that series is what I'm saying. Unless I'm totally misremembering.

Its a domino effect. You take out our top scorer, then our defensive hub.....role playing shooters cant compensate for that. Its a delicate balance. Inuries suck so bad. Luck is what you need. With luck, Hakeem wins more chips than Jordan.

We were 1-1 in the games Bam missed and 1-3 when he played, don't think you can really blame that. Goran sure. Jimmy also played like a god that series though, if he plays at his normal level we might have got swept.

Jimmy is only going to get worse with age. That's why we desperately need a #1 scoring option on this team.

Hard to say, we looked out of gas… but so did LeBron. We also would’ve had home court in that series. If both our series and their series with the nuggets went 7 then I’d say yes.

With the disclaimer though that I really don’t think highly of that lakers team.

Probably not but Darvin Ham is so stupid we'd certainly have a decent chance.
