You think the picks/Jovic/Martin is the hold up?

I say just give them Lowry,Dipo, #18 and a future first and be done.

How is Porzingis only 27?

feels like he was drafted by Phil like 10 years ago and he's bounced around the league

Imagine Riley with an owner like Balmer or Ishba...

Not sure if Ishbia is a good owner yet. This guy sees a big name and forces his GM to use everything to get them. Might backfire if they don't win one soon. We all know that roster already has scoring, but they got little depth and defenders lol

Lowry and Dipo leaves about a 7-8 million gap. Sure the trade checker will push it through but we need to get closer with only 3.8 away from 2nd apron. We can’t be taking back more money when this team needs to cut. Not even a chance at signing any free agents.

Headed to the gym wearing my shirt from the finals game 3 for good luck; expect the deal done in the next hour or 2

dame or beal in Miami makes so much basketball sense. Beal in phoenix? Why? Didn’t they watch the nba finals and see a well balanced team is the answer

As for any hesitation on this trade… if we could go back two weeks and take Beal to the finals and leave Lowry / injured dipo and or injured herro behind we all would have in a heartbeat. Shi probably leave caleb behind too

It's going to be interesting on here if Miami doesn't get Beal or Dame and I already expect Dame not to happen.

They will simply not be in the free agency market. Everything will be by trade and the draft

This won’t be the only trade of the off-season, Duncan robinson’s contract has to go. We don’t even know if Herro is gonna be a Heat player next season; still a lot more work to do if this Beal trade goes down for those players.

Deal will not be officially done for a while, may not be announced even if they agreed in principle. Certian deadlines and dates have to happen first.

Players and teams can opt in whenever, the date given on his player's option is just the deadline. For Oladipo, going to a rebuilding team like Washington would allow him playing time if he can get healthy enough before the end of the season to try to get some type of deal next summer from someone (probably vet min).

Would love to hear it. "Yeah I know the Heat owner has been the owner of a franchise that has made 7 finals since 2006 with 3 different cores but our guy just got into an altercation with this year's Finals MVP! Easy choice is to pick PHX, right Brad?"

Be real. Our success came due to Dwyane Wade and Pat Riley.

Mickey's biggest involvement is forcing Riley to dump players to avoid paying the tax, and to sell our draft picks for cash considerations. That's Mickey's contribution.

What if Riley could have been even MORE successful?
