But we unfortunately have some Wizards fans who think it might be a possibility and are taking Nate Jones' trolling of that information by saying 'Porzingis for #3 duh' as it only reinforcing it could be true.
We may be doomed to suffer through a terrible week, my friends, of unrealistic optimism from other teams' fans.
again, it might be just me paying more attention because the Blazers have a 3rd pick (and Olshey traded so many first's away so the lottery-->draft weeks didn't matter)...but I can not recall a tsunami of outright BS, misleading tweets, distractions, and lies like I've seen over the last 2 weeks
making it worse is the apparent gullibility of people who should know better....people thinking something might be credible when any use of common sense would show the lie
something else, and I guess I might have known this, But IMO, Toronto fans are completely nuts when it comes to discussing the value of their players vs other teams' players. They speak a different language up there....nonsense
Ive ha a couple of discussions with Nets' fans and they seem reasonable....but Raptor fans....whooo boy

Yeah I don't give the rumor credibility I just mention it Here for the sake of discussion but I can't see kp garnering a whole lot based on past value

Unless Blazers manage to get a quality blue collar guy to fill the frontcourt void adding KP makes little sense with the current roster.
Porzingis - Grant will be the softest pair of big men in the NBA for ages.
Dame-Sharpe-Grant is an OK combo in terms of talent and firepower. We don't need more heavily priced one-dimensional offensive players that much
Sinobas wrote:I think Simons has value, but we'd only be able to acquire a "decent starter" level player for him. Especially if we draft Scoot, not room for Simons.
I'd trade him for someone like John Collins. If we can get a legit PF, move Grant to SF, start Sharpe at SG, we're suddenly not a small team anymore.

The problem with most deals is that Simons gets treated like an afterthought and salary fill and not a player who has a lot of trade value alone. Here's a 3-way to extract that value.
Portland trades:
#3
Simons
Nurkic
Little
#23
#43
Portland receives:
#6 (Walker/Hendricks/Black)
#11 (Lively, Wallace)
#36 (Walsh)
Porzingis
WCJ
Orlando trades:
#6
#11
WCJ
Issac
Harris
Orlando receives:
#8
#23
Simons
Gafford
Nurkic
Washington trades:
#8
Porzingis
Gafford
Washington receives:
#3
#43
Issac
Harris
Little
