I was wondering why you were still playing Borderlands when I logged out last night

Based on his tweets maybe I'll check out Octopath II at some point. Don't really want to get a PS5 just for FFXVI. It looks cool but I can probably try to wait until PC. Still finishing TOTK and God of War.

Pc version is gonna be bananas as long as they don’t **** the port up.

It's not a specific spoiler but it did sorta spoil FF a bit:

Spoiler:
Read on Twitter

Just a reminder that Octopath Traveler 2 went straight to PC - you can get it on Steam. It's on my list, too, just waiting for a sale given *gestures at 2023*. The demo was wonderful, though. Everyone I've gotten impressions from says it's drastically better than the first.

The tweets in reference re: FF16 are not even minor deterrents to me, personally.
Spoiler:
It's still Final Fantasy. I expect it to get magical. But, of course, opinion subject to change as I experience it myself.

ETA: Enjoying the hell out of the game so far, but breaking for the draft. Then I'm out of town tomorrow, so planning to really put time in on Sat/Sun.

My FF thoughts after a couple hours post-prologue: I was upset initially that you couldn't pet the dog. Then I was happy when I was out on a mission and found out you could actually put the dog.

Good game.

Tried adding on Steam. Your profile is listed as private, but I think my invite still went out.

I like that there’s been almost zero activity in this thread since Thursday. Everyone is knee deep in FFXVI or one of the half dozen other stellar games that recently dropped. I’m patiently grinding World Tour in SF6 to unlock all the second outfits (only have four left) while watching the first SF6 major at CEO 2023. Lots of Juri players out there it seems.

Yeah I bought my PS5 in April. Installed a bunch of the games you get when redeeming a 1 year PS+ card. Then I bought BF5 and Gold Rush and Spider Man. May I installed the 2TB SDD. Then barely played it since. I'm hoping Sony reboots the Socom U.S. Navy Seals franchise. It was glorious back on PS2.

Six Days in Fallujah is in early access June 23, 2023 on Steam. I wished this was on console this year. But not released on consoles until sometime in 2024. They started making that game way back in 2004. But delayed/cancelled cause of bad media. I only got to see co-op of players versus bots so far. Not sure how it handles for multiplayer.

So what's everyone's thoughts on Diablo IV?

The cut scene look great but the gameplay not so much.

Haven't played, but based on what i've seen it seems like they released the game like 6-10 months early. Missing any semblance of a endgame, bugs, and just generally Blizzard getting in its own way making a good game less fun.
