Nothing about Cam strikes me as some elite prospect. Matter of fact, to me, he looks like Cam Reddish. Looks pretty while doing nothing above average and at college plays that quasi- PF position that in nba is impossible to replicate ( basically Winslow's whole draft stock was fabrication of facts and pretending he was college SF that could play SG when he spent whole year playing nothing but PF).

Best case OG/ Rudy Gay-lite.

Can't just brutalize every single player someone throws out there without offering some sort of suggestion.

You aren't wrong.

Short of trading for Scoot or an established star guard, there isn't really an obvious path for the Magic tonight. I'd take Ausar at 6 if he's there. He has so much upside due to his athleticism. At 11 I'd love Coulibaly, Hendricks, or Lively if they are there. If not, Dick makes a lot of sense.

Ownership would have to give Paul Porter special instructions not to say Grady Dick’s name like he says other player’s names.

Victor, Brandon Miller, Scoot, Amen Thompson are the top 4 picks whatever that order is. The real draft starts at 5 with the Pistons, We won't know who we drafting until Pistons select their choice. The Magic probably have 2 choices at the 6th pick and if the Pistons choose one of the guys, than the Magic know immediately who they taking at 6 as soon as they found out Pistons selection. If Pistons don't choose either guy on the Magic board, Than the Magic could have a tough decision if both of their guys are available at their 6th choice.

i would hope the front office has more than just 2 choices. this is how you make or break a franchise. they should have a bunch of scenarios mocked up, trading partners ready on speed dial, etc.

Well my thinking is they have 2 options at each #6 and #11 assuming they keep both picks. If you got more than 4 names at either pick, than they don't know who they want to pick. It should be between 2 guys and if both of them are on the board when Magic on the clock, Than you narrow the 2 guys down to 1. But to be on the clock and you have 4 names, THATS BAD.

Lol, well to me it’s not entirely true. First and foremost the Magic somehow are my greatest passion. I always find ways to get entertained or get my hopes back up or whatever. Even if we never become champs I will always stick to my team.

I’m liking the direction we’re headed. But also wouldn’t mind making some moves. Today will be another exciting step in the rebuild!
