Jeff Green is an interesting idea. Would be a solid Grant replacement.

Jevon Carter, Javonte Green, Jeff Green seem like good targets IMO. Blake seemed like a good locker room guy last year too.

White / Carter
Brown / Brogdon / Pritchard
Tatum / Hauser / Javonte Green
Porzingis / Jeff Green
RWilliams / Horford / Kornet / Blake

Leave the 15th spot open to save money. I think you can fit that under the 2nd apron, but have to check the math. Davison/Walsh/someone else would be the 2-ways.

If you do need to save more money to get under the 2nd apron, then salary dumping Pritchard and signing Davison should do it.

Interesting.. But does Young have much left? What’s his contract?

Trent is expiring so he’d probably be a rental. But if you could unload Young’s money with a second-rounder and unload Pritchard’s, you’ve got breathing room to get a new backup point guard

Young is an 8M expiring.. you’d have to move him to someplace like OKC to get under the apron.. you’d be at around 176 million then..

Or just not take him in the trade if you don't want him. $ works without him.

I personally hope our roster going into the season will look like this. It won't, but I think it covers all the bases.

White, Pritchard, JD Davison
Brown, Brogdon, (Javonte Green on minimum deal)
Tatum, (Josh Richardson or Cedi Usman which ever one if we can swing Grant S&T), Hauser
RW3, Horford, (Kabengele on minimum deal)
Porzingis, Kornet, (Azubuike or on minimum deal)
2-ways:
Walsh (SF), Valerio-Bodon (SF/PF), Balcerowski (C)

In a heartbeat, but I don't think we can afford Cedi's salary numbers.

He only makes $6.7 mil this year

Well then, where do I sign?

Fixed it for you. No way those rumors can be true, but if they are that's where you'll find me. Also expect A LOT more typos in my posts!

Yeah Jeff Green would be okay, I think he owes us at least one good year.

Big proponent of having a Jevon, a Javonte, two Greens, a Brown and a White.

There are two players that don't scare me one bit. Kyrie and Harden. Whatever team wants to sign those guys to huge contracts.....have at it

Really? You didn't consider JB for Harden when that was going around? I thought it sounded pretty tempting to pair JT and Harden. They'd feast esp with Tatum acquiring court vision.

Nope. You won't find me messaging on here about sending JB for Harden in the history books

If they trade Brogs... some (possible) guys coming back:

Guards:
Collin Sexton (edit: maybe Clarkson as well now that's he's tradeable)
Alex Caruso
Cole Anthony/Jalen Suggs
Buddy Hield
Delon Wright/Monte Morris
Boring talked about guys like Davion Mitchell or Anfernee Simons
Devonte Graham (Huge P!)

Obviously some of these guys would take some asset to get along with.
