Kira Lewis (if he gets cut), Kennedy Chandler or Scotty Pippen Jr and Jontay Porter for the minimum spots (in addition to AJ Green assuming we do a two for one with Allen+Pat).
Also assumes we get Khris, Brook, and Jae back

Yurtseven? Sounds like an incredibly descriptive campground in Eagle River. Where do we camp? A yurt. There's seven of them.

Yurtseven, who turned 25 on June 19, missed most of this past season after undergoing ankle surgery in November and never was able to find a consistent role when he returned in March…
This was not the role Yurtseven expected to have in his second NBA season after spending extended stretches during training camp playing alongside starting center Bam Adebayo, as the Heat experimented with a two-big frontcourt. Yurtseven even started alongside Adebayo in the Heat’s preseason opener beforehe missed the rest of the preseason and the first four months of the regular season because of his ankle injury.
While an injury derailed Yurtseven’s second NBA season, he was able to flash his potential as a rookie.
With Adebayo missing time because of a thumb injury during the 2021-22 season, Yurtseven grabbed at least 12 rebounds in 11 straight games for the longest such streak in Heat history.
Despite not extending a qualifying offer to Yurtseven, the Heat can still re-sign him as an unrestricted free agent. The Heat has Yurtseven’s full Bird rights, so it can exceed the salary cap to re-sign him up to his maximum salary.
Yurtseven is a 24-year-old big man entering his sophomore season in the NBA. He went undrafted in 2020 after playing three college seasons — two at NC State and one at Georgetown — but signed an Exhibit 10 contract with Oklahoma City before the 2020-21 season. During that campaign, Yurtseven averaged 15.2 points and 9.3 rebounds in 21.1 minutes per game with the OKC Blue, the Thunder's G League affiliate, and caught the eye of decision-makers at the next level — particularly in South Beach.
In May 2021, Yurtseven signed a deal with the Miami Heat before the end of the season and inked a standard multi-year contract with the team before the 2021-22 campaign.
Though he hadn't yet secured a significant spot in the Heat's rotation, the rookie big man stepped up in the winter months when Miami needed him most last year.
His coming out party was on Dec. 26 against the Orlando Magic, a night where he scored 16 points and collected 15 rebounds in 33 minutes — the first double-double of his career.
The momentum only continued from there.
In January 2022, Yurtseven nearly averaged a double-double (10.6 points, 9.9 rebounds) in over 22 minutes per contest. That stretch included a 22-point, 16-board performance in Sacramento, and, most impressively, going toe-to-toe with Joel Embiid and the Philadelphia 76ers; Yurtseven produced 22 points and 11 rebounds in a starting role for his eighth double-double in 10 games.
Yurtseven only received spot minutes following that contest, in both the regular season and the playoffs. However, that winter stretch taught him quite a bit about NBA bigs.
“Going against bigs like Joel Embiid, [Jusuf] Nurkic — those heavy hitters taught me that I need to be stronger,” Yurtseven told Basketball News in a phone interview. “That’s the best part about basketball: There is no limit that you can cap yourself on if you keep working and keep believing.
“I saw I needed to add strength. But you can’t disregard agility because you have to keep up with the skinnier and faster bigs, too. Playing against Embiid, though, I think I made it hard for him and contested shots. But I know I can be stronger.
Yurtseven's highlights are impressive. He moves well without the ball, gets up and down the floor, screens and rebounds well, and demonstrates good moves in the mid-post and around the rim.
His playstyle is a bit of a throwback. Despite knowing that the game is more perimeter-oriented than ever, he only attempted 11 three-pointers last season. Standing 7-foot tall, being an active rebounder and performing at his best when catching the ball on the block, Yurtseven leans on the most natural parts of his game.

Kinda feel the same. Big guy couldn't find the floor on a size-deficient team open to playing free agents and assorted roustabouts from humble origins.

During this Heat training camp and preseason, Omer Yurtseven will not only be trying to convince coach Erik Spoelstra to give him playing time; he will also be trying to convince Spoelstra to do something that the Heat coach is naturally disinclined to do.
Spoelstra, over the years, has felt most comfortable playing Bam Adebayo alongside an established three-point shooters: Kelly Olynyk, Meyers Leonard and P.J. Tucker. The metrics suggest that the Heat is at its best when Adebayo plays alongside a floor-spacing big man whose three-point shot is respected by opponents.
So Yurtseven has made it a personal mission to prove to Spoelstra that he can be that type of player.
He said he made 300 three-pointers each day he worked out this summer — “at minimum” — and has been sinking them at an 80 percent clip.
Yurtseven shot 42.6 percent on threes at NC State and Georgetown (26 for 61), but took only 11 and made just one in 56 games last season.
Does he believe Spoelstra is receptive to playing him with Adebayo at times?
“We haven’t had the discussion, but I feel like it is in the plans,” Yurtseven said. “In pickup [games], we’ve started that rhythm that we have with each other. Training camp is going to be the real proving grounds.”
If history is any indication, the expectation is Spoelstra initially will go small with the Heat’s starting group, with 6-5 Caleb Martin or, at times, 6-7 Haywood Highsmith playing alongside Adebayo. Jimmy Butler also can play power forward but prefers not to start at that position.
But Yurtseven, at 6-11, is expected to get some work alongside Adebayo, in practice at the very least — and potentially in games if that tandem works.
“I think it’s possible,” Udonis Haslem said of an Adebayo/Yurtseven pairing. “And I think that’s a good goal for Omer to want to be out there and play with Bam. Him being able to play with Bam and being able to knock down that three gives him more opportunities to be on the court and give us what we need. He’s already grown as one of our best rebounders if not the best. He’s pretty close. And the way he rolls to the basket creates mismatch problems because guys sink in when he gets a couple of dunks.”
When Yurtseven filled in for the injured Adebayo during parts of last December and January, the results were astonishing: He became the first undrafted player in NBA history to produce at least 15 points and 15 rebounds in their first career start (Dec. 26 against Orlando), set a franchise record by snagging at least 12 rebounds in 11 consecutive games and became the first NBA rookie to accomplish that since Blake Griffin in 2010-11.
He began January with four consecutive games of 16-plus rebounds, the first rookie to do that since Larry Smith in 1980-81.
In all, he averaged 12.1 points and 12.7 rebounds in 12 games as a starter.
But Spoelstra opted to play Dwayne Dedmon ahead of him, and Yurtseven logged just 44 minutes in the Heat’s final 13 regular-season games and just 37 minutes in the playoffs.
