So if Brad isn't stacking for Dame, who else is out there?

Maybe Brad is stockpiling seconds because he knows they will be valuable if/when the league expands. Seattle would you like some fresh second rounders to start your team?

Pretty sure we've gone backwards in the toughness department.

Brissett is tough. Javonte Green, also tough.

Garuba, also....

They better. This current roster + some additions on the fringes is not going to get it done.

We're really offering Brogdon, Rob and all our firsts and 7 seconds for Dame

Let's get Beef Stu because we just became one of the softest teams in the league.

It seems clear they just weren't going to pay an extra 40M in luxury tax to bring Grant back. So, you could look at it like the Celtics got a trade exception and a couple of second rounders for a guy they weren't bringing back anyway. Glass half full view, anyway.

He wasnt even in the rotation half our games? Anyway I liked him but yea it is what it is. Dont feel we needed him for #18. Hope Brad has something more up in his sleeve but I’m not quiet sure he has. Might as well fix what we need around the Allstar break with all these picks & buy-outs.

Basically traded Smart and Grant for Porzingis. This underperforming team didn't made much of an upgrade as it stands.

Danny was in love with mid to late first round picks. Brad is in love with 2nd round picks.

I will keep saying, one title in the last 37 years. This team isn't about winning tittles. Haven't been since the 80s.

This is such an absurd take for moving on from our 8th player who was a RFA lol

Actually if they move Rob in that proposed deal then 100% bring in Beef Stew for as many seconds as necessary.

I will always protect Brad's vision but I'm close to recommending LASIK surgery. I KNOW he's not done yet.

I’ve been saying Brogdon, R Williams, Pritchard, Kornet, salary filler, 50 1st round picks, 50 1st round swaps and 100 2nd round picks for two days. Beats Miami’s offer in my opinion

And the series doesn't go to game 7 if Grant Williams isn't shooting 30% from the field for games 1-6.

How do you go about acquiring players now that we're over the cap?

Letting Grant walk is a cap hold we don't have anymore to make moves.

It's not that Grant is a must have. He was the cap piece needed to facilitate any deals.
