Wiseman and Bouknight are both strong whiffs.

Rockets have so much young talent. Pretty excited to see this team get it together under Ime and I'm glad they picked up FVV.

Brooks signing was meh

Anyone notice that Black and Paolo look like they could be brothers. They are both kind of a little odd looking in the same way.

Yes, I've noticed. They both have unique facial features.

I do agree that Black needs to cut his hair so he can shoot better

Yeah it's going to be like a 90s/00s era teen movie where he gets a haircut and he's suddenly amazing.

I genuinely think Magic draft room had a conversation that had the phrase "he can improve his shooting by simply shaving his head".

Keyonte follows up his 33 and 10 outburst with 26 and 7 on 15 shots.

against G league scrubs though. The Jazz have got to make a trade to free up playing time for him. He should be playing over their other guards

Jarace Walker has looked pretty good in these two games. He was excellent defensively in his 1st game, recording 3 steals and 3 blocks. He also grabbed a ton of rebounds in that first game and had 5 assists. In his second game, he was less impactful defensively (1 steal and 1 block) but he was more involved offensively (scored 16 in the 2nd game and 8 in the 1st) and still had 4 assists.

He looks exactly like the kind of player that he was advertised to be. A versatile two-way player that will contribute on a lot of different aspects of the game.

Black's hair is way too pretty to cut.

Dick and Howard (big reach by the Magic) will need to show me a lot to prove me wrong when I said Hawkings should've been picked before both of them. Everything he's doing in this SL was what I thought he'd be able to do and can translate pretty immediately to the NBA minus some of the drives or mid-range pull ups.

Also, I LOVE what Walker has shown. Some people might think it's too high but I'd said if you're getting an elite role player starter with POs impact it's worth the value when the IND has already Hali.
Robert Horry is better than MJ, because everybody knows that 7>6.

every 1st round pick including Anthony Black, the Thompsons, Jarace Walker, Bilal Coulibaly, Scoot, etc, is playing against g league scrubs, yet they aren't doing what George is doing.

I’m confused as ****, does Mo Gueye play for the Raptors or the Hawks? I keep seeing his name on both teams.

The legit Mo Gueye just got picked by Atlanta. There’s another Mo Gueye who’s like 6’4” and old that played at Pitt and I guess he’s in SL.

Got it, I knew the Wazzu dude was drafted by the hawks, but didn’t know if he had been traded or something.

except the teams and players George is doing it against are ACTUAL g-league scrubs whereas those other guys are facing 1st round talents and 2nd year NBA players. Listen, I've watched 90% of the games, I see who they're facing. George is often wide open besides facing scrubs and the Jazz actually have one of the more loaded SL rosters. There IS a difference. Tip your cap to him for playing well. I salute him. I just wouldn't get carried away. Here's the guys he's faced:

Smart from the Sixers
Ferrari from the Grizzlies
Moon from the Clippers
Williams from the Twolves

and as bad as these guys are, many still have had decent games offensively because George is so bad on defense. If scrubs are able to do this to him imagine how unplayable he'd be going against actual NBA talent.

JHS hasn't got a lot of discussion but he's been better than expected in summer league so far. Seems to get to the rim very easily but will see if that translates. Could be Brunson 2.0

Miller looked good today. Might be the right pick by CHA.

Miller will be fine. He is just never going to be Scoot.

Jett already has shown nice ability to separate to get off three point shots and has 4 and 5 assist games while showing he is able to be used on ball a bit, also defending decently (in terms of the label he got as a bad defender, he has shown some decent chops).

Needs to get stronger inside and make better decisions there but otherwise I don't see anything Hawkins is doing that is making Orlando/Toronto regret anything at the moment.
