These broadcasters are fun. That's one of the cool things about summer league. You get some of these lesser known people calling the games and some of them are pretty good. A lot of the Doris Burkes and the mainstream ESPN/TNT people who have been calling games for a long time are lame..

Is Banton on a guaranteed deal? I haven’t watched these games super close but he hasn’t really stood out as a guy too good to be in summer league

I’d at least like to see him in preseason. A little more guard depth with decent size wouldn’t hurt

Yeah. Guaranteed for 2 years. But, very low Salary.
Worth a longer look. He doesn't seem to be able to shoot, though?

Man. I'm telling you. Banton is intriguing and he's only 23. If his jumper comes along, he could end up being a solid backup PG..and a backup PG that is 6'9" so allows you to play a BIG lineup..

I don't mind that turnover. His feet just buckled on him, or he slipped n the flor or whatever. That was a flukey turnover.

Scrub is definitely not a good playmaker, but he's absolutely too good of a knockdown shooter scorer to not put on this rosta..

Celtics up to 11 TOs, horrendous PG play.

Banton making a strong case to be the 22nd Man.

Scrubb has been the Cs best guard during this concourse.
