Think most of this board including myself believes there will be a 2 for 1 trade coming with allen/ pat or portis going out that opens up spot for thanasis

Hopefully a 2 for 1 deal comes along. Our roster seems to be full way to quickly and not that exciting anyway. Heck our core 4 shouldn't of all been back. I would of traded one or two already last season. Just keep Giannis. Other 3 can go. Also after the Championship feels like most of our roster got lazy and was expecting repeats or Giannis carrying the whole team on his back constantly. We need Giannis with new young hungry players. Kinda felt like Holiday and Middleton kinda mailed it in last season. Coasting through. Lopez was decent but was a contract year. That was a given.

Some of that laziness n lack of urgency was on the HC hes captain of the ship.Yes the bicks lost their hunger maybe they will get it back with a new captain on deck but the bucks lack of intensity/ urgency not being hungry totally on bud

The Champaign County coroner sent us a statement that says preliminary results from the autopsy revealed no evidence of trauma nor foul play, and that the death of 2-year-old Jayce Griffin appears to be from natural causes.
Monday afternoon, we spoke with the child's mother over the phone.
Jasmine Riggs said Jayce had what seemed like a routine respiratory infection last week, but there were no serious concerns at a doctor's visit and her son's day care said Jayce seemed fine there.
She said her son's father, Alan Griffin, son of Adrian Griffin, was watching the child for the night. She said she reached out to Alan several times Friday to check on Jayce but got no response.
Saturday, Alan found Jayce unresponsive in the basement.
She said Bucks head coach Adrian Griffin was the one who called her the next morning to say her son had stopped breathing and had been taken to the hospital.
"When the paramedics got there, it was already too late. I got to the hospital -- Jayce was at the hospital -- I got to the hospital and my baby was already gone," Riggs said.
The death remains under investigation by the Champaign Police Department.
In a statement Monday evening, Bucks Coach Adrian Griffin said, in part, "My grandson Jayce was very special to me, and my family and his passing is an agonizing tragedy that will be felt forever."

Sounds like it was natural causes and hopefully it was, but the quote comes across really bad. Accidents happen, especially at that age where they appear independent but you can't keep your eyes off them for even 30 seconds. But IDK, how can you not respond to a 2.5 year old mom for a who night even if the baby is fine. My wife would kill me if she was out of town and I ignored her for a while night.

Idk what happened here but there definitely is such a thing. Happened to my college ex and her husband. Passed in her sleep, no warning signs whatsoever.

I don't want to get into a big thing but these kind of aspersions are understandable from a grieving mother and not excusable from anyone else. Kids who are apparently healthy die sometimes of undetected illnesses/conditions and it's nobody's fault.

SIDs is infant, SUDC is for any child 1-18. There were 249 cases for ages 1-4 in 2021. It can happen and I'm not going to go and assume something nefarious happened until legitimate information surfaces. That's why they investigate.
