Not washed, but he’s older and doesn’t have the gas to go a full game, so he plays reduced minutes. Big veteran presence and leader amongst the Aussie team. He’s been a mentor for Giddey, and Giddey is already running that Australian team. He’ll set a great example for Black, Howard and Suggs.

Well... i hope the mentorship works because Giddy sure could use Ingles shooting. Lol

No i mean... reduced mins in FIBA... like 5mins a game? I dont think i saw him play in the highlights at all. Did he?

They’re just friendly games at the moment so he’s probably being preserved. He should still get 15mpg when the actual games start.

Yeah... wanna see how much gas left in the tank. Otherwise we just signed a very expensive towel waver as our sole FA.

He turns 36 before season starts, there is just so much you can ask from player at that age, comming off ACL tear year ago.

He had soccer-players-type of speedy knee recovery post ACL tear. Probably one of quickest in nba history so it seems that his body isn't shot yet, but there is just so much you can expect from him to do on court. Put him on bench, play him 18-20 mpg for 50 games, should be menagable.

He is very smart player and very efficient shooter.

Unless he has lebron like body, playing him 20mins... well....

Now that i think about it. If we are forced to play him 20mins a game, that must mean qe are deep in a playoff run. Otherwise we use those minutes on Jett or someone else. Lol

tbh i don't see him sitting and not playing if he is healthy. And Magic could use some positive switch in perception by media by making playoffs or at least playin.

it worked wonders for Kings after last season.

Ingles was good enough to play 23 mpg on the team with the best regular record in the NBA last season even though he was fresh off an ACL injury.

Looks like Paolo and Josh Hart are out of the rotation today unless we hit garbage time. Portis and Kessler were the first two off of the bench.

Hope Paolo plays against Germany.

Edit - Hart checked in. Paolo is the only guy who hasn’t played.

For those able to watch the game, how is Paolo doing?

Paolo has been moving his feet very well defensively in these last few minutes but had a pretty nasty spill due to a wet spot on the court.

It seems if he's not playing the center spot he's not playing much. To be honest he may be getting more out of the practices than the games at this point.

It’s a motivating factor. Paolo is going to go hard not to be a bench player again.
