Good to see Gary Trent Jr. is also out working out with other Raptors at UCLA. Going to need our Bruin connect to start filming these runs.

Good for Precious, good for Masai.
It's hard to watch this and imagine Masai ever trading Precious, or any African player. IMO.
I wonder if Masai is still able to conduct business and make trades from Rwanda?
There goes my hero. Watch him as he goes.

I wonder if in 10-15 years, African countries will be basketball powerhouses, mostly because of the investments that the GOA are putting in to those communities. And what kind of pipeline that would be for NBA talent?
For Canada, it's been a slow build from the launch of the Raps/Grizz to the VC era to all the Canadian talent we're seeing in the league now - almost 30 years. The talent coming out of Africa seems to be accelerated and only picking up steam.

Duffmans (Me too lol) illegitimate son is a fan of the city it seems, or at the least likes the atmosphere here.

Masai also said after this past season, he'd let go of the reins too much and would start getting more involved again. I'm paraphrasing, but something like that.

Especially, Precious. Masai said ~"he is mine now!" during his first press-conference of Kyle's trade.
From that point, I kept wondering why posters were including Precious in trades.
Masai loves his 2 Nigerians boys (OG&Precious) to death
However, now that big contracts talks for those 2 are upon him, business over personal has to take over at some point(?!)

These highlights are from the first day of runs. Apparently Scottie/Trent showed up for the following day/games, I also heard Scottie went crazy.
So I'm patiently waiting.

I mean for a player a few years into professional ball, that seems like a bit much, but maybe not. 20ish years old is still pretty young though, true. I just heard a story of people having concerns about RIcky Rubio at draft time because he had his mom cut his meat for him at dinner, this caused an nba team to kill any draft stock they had in him, and he liked teddy bear's had an obsession with the movie the lion king. Source dude just trust me, nah actually a new youtube video dropped from a popular nba youtuber.

Let's playin for 9th!

Jesus every thread I open up, you’re just in there saying some dumb ass ****
He can’t put it together in an organized setting?? He’s won gold in FIBA multiple times as a high schooler and is highly decorated.
He’s going into just his 3rd year in the nba, with a similar projection to Devin booker after 2 seasons. He’s far from a finished project and yet “he just can’t put it together”
Imagine averaging 17/3/3 your rookie season, 22/4/4 the very next and you're only 21... Jalen Green has absurd potential, IMO he has all the makings of a superstar.
He does however have some growing to do, but kid definetly has game.

41% fg on 18 shot attempts a game is pretty brutal for a wing. I personally thinks he figures it out, too much raw talent, but he needs to make the efficiency leap on likely less volume given the changes to the team. It wont be easy

Not sure if he'll reach superstar status unless he becomes an elite two way player. Offensively he has all the talent but to me, he's more Zach Lavine then anything.
