and then whatever you get for Jrue (say, another future 1st or 2 in 2029/2030) really is going to be a great return. They now have young studs, future picks, and some potential in Grant / Ayton who might be solid trade chips in 2-3 years once the cap rises if those 2 continue to grow.

Teams will soon stop answering the phone, why bother. Masai and Bobby just talk and then leak trade rumours (Raptors do leak) and then walk away when it is time to close a deal.

With the deleted shams tweet, there is a bit more weight to the raps being part of a 4 team. No one will know for sure either way, but the Raptors having the fewest trades done in the last 3 years also lends a little weight to it as well.

All in all, as much as I criticize the FO I can't with confidence say no one wants to deal with them lol.

Philly in the mix for Holiday is a smart move. They actually could also look scary with Holiday returning to where it all started (crazy).

Suddenly flipping Harden to the Clips ain't so bad.

This makes a lot of sense for Philly. Jrue is a stud, even if it's only for 2 years.

Besides, it eats into Philly's cap space next year and they can stay away from Pascal and OG.

This will be by far the best defense Dame has had around him tho, they should be fine on that end with Middleton/Giannis/Lopez. They could always put another defender in the lineup if it's a concern
