Knowing butler, hes going to want to go all out for the midseason tournament, to try to get his teammates at the end of the rotation paid. But then, lets pull it back a bit and have the rest of the team carry him into the postseason

Jimmy's not going to care about no mid-season revenue raising crap fest. He wants the ultimate prize.
If u don't want 2b here, the way things work, u don't like it, then don't b here. U have 2 stand on something. If Miami ain't standing on something, they become alot of these organizations trying 2 find their identity. This is the culture, bro -Wade

I hope Jovic's develops quick enough to fast track him to the starting lineup. I'm not confident in Love as the full time starter even if its for short spurts.

I think Jovic projects to have a good combination of both KLove's Shooting ability, while being more defensively versatile than Love being more mobile and has the ability to bend a defense off the catch and drive off a close out similar to Caleb. But the biggest benefit with Jovic is his ability to see the floor and get others involved as well.

If he can just rebound at solid rate and hold up defensively then I think he'd be great to start with this team.

There's so many different interesting lineup combinations with this roster.

I am very interested to see where Hampton, Jovic and Jaquez fall in the rotation because I believe those guys have the potential to make our bench unit way more dynamic than it has been in the past.

Guys like Dru Smith, Highsmith, Swider and O.Robinson are all fundamentally sound and would be good complimentary players but the other 3 have the ability to be like Martin has been for our bench where some nights he can surprise you with a 18-25pt game and at worst they will play hard and make winning plays for you.

Watching these highlights just shows me how much of Duncan was a second thought to teams at that time. Seems like he wasn't even on the scouting report. So many moments where guys just aren't even looking at Duncan and just leaving him wide open. Feel like that's so rare for him now, guys are constantly glued to him no matter what these days.

I think Cole Swider will eventually become Duncan's replacement at some point and he'll be able to play mins at backup PF opening up mins in our SG/SF position for guys like Jaquez/Highsmith and we will end up trading Duncan with Lowry at the deadline.

If Swider can do similar things to Duncan but he'll have the opposing PF chasing him rather than the opposing SG/SF then I can imagine him getting more open looks like Duncan used to.

Cole Swider being 6'-9" may give him some opportunity at the PF role. Similar thing happened last year in the playoffs with Caleb Martin he was scouted as a 3&D glue guy and Martin putting the ball on the floor completely took Boston by surprise, they didn't even rotate to him when hi went to basket. Everyone keeps saying that the Eastern Conference Caleb Martin but his result was more to do with how Boston covered him than his actual skillset. The very next series, in Denver scouted him correctly and completely made him irrelevant, by punishing him with size and length they literally forced him to dribble away from the basket instead of baseline like Boston did, guess what he couldn't keep his dribble. Unfortunately that's the nature of the game once your scouted, teams play to take away your best weapon and if you don't have a way to counter that is what makes you an end of the bench player or as we call a situational player. I did like what I saw from Duncan and his pick and roll with Bam, that's something that looked weird but worked.

I think it will be interesting to see Love with a full training camp, in shape and with a offseason to work on his jumper.

Likely without having a starting point guard, Love passing and screening will be highly important

There are no streams, they will have a radio broadcast but don't know whom is providing it.

A player I think the Heat should keep an eye on and inquire about is Gary Payton II.

So Duncan is wearing black and K Love is wearing red. Maybe they just choose whatever color they want to wear? Lol

Thank you! Every inch of my body hurts and my car is unrecognizable, but I’m good. Nothing broken. Some guy took the red light after it had been red for like 5 seconds. I had the green. I tboned him and he flipped several times and landed on his side. If I was a few seconds faster or he was a few seconds slower, then he would have t-boned me instead on the drivers side door, so lucky to be here and be healthy.

Glad your ok, I purposedly always delay my take off from a green light because of people who are chasing the end of the light coming through like they don't care.
