Chase Young has been playing well lately, rumor is he doesn't want to be here so he could be good trade bate for a team in the hunt. Though I don't think teams give up elite offensive lineman, could also use a linebacker and lots of teams have those in excess.

Yep. I think we'd be better without Chase and he'd be better in a system that utilized his strengths more.

In season trades are rare and we'd be selling low... but I'd trade him for an OL or LB. I'd even send him to the Steelers to get Cole Holcomb back.

What OL are out there? If we could get a good guard, we could move Cosmi back to tackle and improve two positions.

I also wonder if Curtis Samuel has any trade value.

Samuels seems to be a good fit for the new offense after being nearly forgotten prior to that. I would think w/Chase healthy and producing great stats we wouldn't have to sell low but then I have little faith in the front office.

Lol I was thinking Atlanta lost this game more than Washington won it. But after seeing your post, I think you may have captured it better. “Out idioted” works.

It kills me that we have an out of touch old man like Ron running this pretty talented squad. We have good WR depth. Dogs at RB. A talented yet inexperienced QB. A solid secondary with good a nice defensive front. If we had addressed the OL they would have been a really decent team. We need a better HC .

Shout out to Ron for the tremendous job he's done with the offensive line heading into the season.

What an absolute waste his tenure has been.

Wholly predictable, which only makes it worse.

Let’s just hope Ron doesn’t pull a Grunfield, George McPhee act and make an awful desperate trade to try to save his bacon.

I think Sam Howell is getting benched. That's not an indictment on him...the O-line is an embarassment and he simply doesn't have the ability to process defenses quickly enough to make up for the inferior o-line. Brissett processes faster and doesn't hold onto the ball as long as Howell, and he's simply not going to take as many sacks.

I still believe Howell is worth investing in but he's not going to succeed behind this line. Ron and the rest of the FO should get fired for malpractice for thinking what they did in the past 5 years to dismantle the o-line was acceptable.

Ron Rivera needs fired. We also need to be active on the trade market. It is too early to give up. But like we need some upgrades on the OL. Maybe at WR. We need to trade chase young. He's our best bet to get assets to upgrade.

I would absolutely go after a couple of OL guys and maybe shoot a shout for Jerry Judy . Or swing for the fences and go get davonta Adams.

This one's on the coaching staff.

Two plays totally turned the tide. 4th and one at end of first half and Bienemy throws it. Then Ron neglects to challenge when the Eagle receiver dropped the ball on fourth down in the third.

It's time to let Ron and Company go. They had their chance.

I really want the staff gutted asap. They shouldn't be allowed to waste Sam Howell this way. He had a pure force of will game today! Still loosing Bassically because of Ron and hi awful choices.

This happens each time. We draft good on either offense or defense (usually defense) while the other side suffers, then we focus all our effort on the other side via the draft and by then the previous unit either ages out or is sold off for picks. During the Shanny era we had Kirk, Trent, Scherff, Morris, Jordan Reed, etc. Break it all down and blow it up. Draft focusing on defense, and now we're talking about getting picks back for Chase and Sweat, rethinking the value of Jonathan Allen, etc, despite pretty much all of these guys still being young.

I'm hesitant to give up pieces when we have a good QB (presumably) on a cheap contract. Flush the coaching staff and see if we can get some smart minds to get more out of the talent we already have in the locker room.

Give it to the end of the season to decide when to blow it up. This eagles team has been making most teams look foolish other than the Jets. Terry also has to make those catches. Although that being said, it looks like the coaching staff is already on the hot seat because of the loss to the giants.
