Also, look at Scoot.
Scoot is 2-21.

Watch Black out-shoot all of them.

I remember people saying they were jealous of Houston and they're youth...goes to show you how important IQ, heart and toughness are over flash. Even Detroit has surpassed them imo.

An absolute terrible collection of bad basketball IQ except for Sengun.

Everytime I watch that Suns team play they look like frauds. Their roster constitution feels weird, chemistry is off. I can't see them being legit title contenders once the playoffs start.

That Dame Lillard trade is looking like a disaster for Milwaukee...i mean i guess it got Giannis to sign that extension....but if they drop like a rock in the standings this year...Giannis is going to want a fresh start right...

It's early but you want to look at what bad BPM look like go check out everybody on Milwaukee. everybody is negative....

I am sure they will figure it out to a degree, but it's hard to imagine that they will get back to the defense that made them so good the last few years.

Do the Magic finish ahead of Milwaukee...it's possible, based on what we have seen so far....though these recent Magic injuries are a little worrisome

I get that but if Giannis and Lillard are healthy in the playoffs do they need to have an elite defense?

It's a good question. Milwaukee clearly thought a Dame/Giannis offense would raise their ceiling in the playoffs, but they have cratered their defense.

I think it matters. It's probabably an over reaction based off of four games to say they have no chance...BUT...Lillard has a long history of being an open door on D, and Milwaukee has basically changed their entire defense that has been so successful of forcing everything at Brook Lopez as a drop defender

Certainly something to keep in mind going forward but a veteran team like Mil is probably not sweating games a week and half into the season, early November. They are thinking about April-June.

Milwaukee has a net rating of -6.6...they are sweating. They made sweeping changes to their team during the offseason including getting rid of the best point of attack guard defender in the league AND replacing a fairly accomplished coach with fairly unaccomplished one, at least as a head coach. I suspect some folks seats are pretty hot right about now.

Adrian Griffins previous bosses...Scott Skiles, Thom Thibedeau, Nick Nurse...not exactly coaches that alway mesh well with players or maybe assistants?...and certainly a huge departure from the defense they used to run under Budenholzer

These don't count towards the regular season 82 games?

You can’t count these games on courts like the ones they will be playing on. It’s going to impact the players play.

They need a good guard defender to start next to Lillard badly, alongside a healthy Middleton

If they're able to get that thru trades, they should be a top favorite to win it all.

It was clear as day that they were going to struggle defensively. I'm not too worried about offensive struggles

Watching the play-in games... teams are hunting Dame, is there any difference doing it to DON as well? Taking out the offensive engine of those teams can make you win.
