Kyrie plays and the Mavs look like trash.

Looks like Cs will be the only unbeaten after 1 hour.

If Dallas looks like trash I think it's way more due to how good Jokic + Denver is...

The Mavs were on a roll the last couple of games without Kyrie.

The Grizzlies/Blazers game was a fun one for two bad teams, minus Ayton being a bum. Had him with a double double on my parlay and damn near had a heart attack it took him a quarter and change to get one.

Anyone watching Denver and Jokic right now has to believe Joker is separating himself from the best player and whomever is #2 in the league right now. Slow motion greatness. And his game should age well. very possible top 10 all-time player IMO.

he seemed better than his ridiculous box-score tonight.

Smart has been a turnover machine in Memphis.

Smart tonight
8/3/4
1 steal
4/12 FG
0/5 3PTs
5 Turnovers
-19

This is why we had to trade him. Loved his effort but he thought he was the 3rd option on this team & it’s the exact reason why we weren’t going anywhere if we brought everyone back.

I only watched the 4th and OT but I think that was the longest I’d ever seen him go without calling his own number, especially from 3.

The Griz still have Bane and JJJ, there's no reason for them to go 0-6 to start the season.

Tyus Jones filled in adequately when Ja was missing games last season.

And assisted the only bucket they had in the last 3 minutes or so in the 4th. Passed at least 3 more times that his teammates missed in the clutch including the would-be game-winner of Kennard. Admittedly a bad game though prior to the 4th Q. Team should've won at least this one and the one against the Wizards.

People need to chill and wait for this team to have their bodies back though. Awful situation to start the season. Bit of catching up to do in the wild west.

Smart is averaging a career-high 4 turnovers per game.

Figured Smart's grit would have Memphis sitting at 6-0 now.

Poor Cave. Smart's 0-6 and the Celtics are undefeated.

Yea, he really thought he was the 3 in the Big 3. Now we have a team of professionals and it's SO refreshing. Jrue and KP are just a breath of fresh air, true pros that respect the game and lead by example.

That's the perfect description of Jrue and KP.

No drama, just play basketball.

In other former Celtic player news, Grant has played real well with Dallas to start the year. Don't know if it will keep up, but good for him.

I think Grant can keep it up because he's their best PF.

Grant's getting 30 minutes per game, so he should have no issues about playing time.
