You and I are on the same team. We'll shoulder this burden together all season.

Who wants to join us?

Good grief. The overreactions in this thread are legitimately hilarious.

It's ONE game, in early November which will have zero impact on who wins the 2024 NBA title.

-We were missing one of our best players.
-We were playing on the road
-We were playing against a good team, with the #1 ranked defense...they had all of their guys healthy and available to play
-Wolves were coming off 2 blowout wins - one of them was over the defending champs Nuggets. That was the Nuggets only loss on the season

All of that and we barely lost. Wolves played about as well as they can possibly play and still needed OT to beat us.

On to the next one.

Newsflash: the Nuggets last season went 53-29 in the regular season. The year before that, the warriors went 53-29 in the regular season. Guess what? Both of those teams won the NBA title. They both lost 29 reg season games. That's a lot! It's gonna be a long, very disappointing season if ya'll freak out like this after each loss.

For my sanity, I'll probably just avoid this place after losses lol - it's way too toxic, dramatic and reactionary.
Nothing wrong with having a different opinion - as long as it's done respectfully. It'd be lame if we all agreed on everything :)

Newsflash: the Nuggets last season went 53-29 in the regular season. The year before that, the warriors went 53-29 in the regular season. Guess what? Both of those teams won the NBA title. They both lost TWENTY NINE reg season games. That's a lot! It's gonna be a long, very disappointing season if ya'll freak the hell out and act like the sky is falling and act like a bunch of whiny babies after each loss. I can guarantee you Nuggets fans didn't whine like this after each of their 29 reg season losses last season and warriors fans didn't whine like this after each of their 29 losses the year before that.

Please don't even try and compare Joe Mazzulla to Steve Kerr or Mike Malone. Most posters here are not as concerned with the loss as opposed to how we lost.

Yeah, Joe is experimenting.

The mere fact that Svi and Lamar played means the Cs were also focusing on other things, not just winning.

Yeah that's true. Trying too hard to be a pg. Don't need that from him when he's on the court with Tatum. you can do the tryhard point guard stuff in garbage time buddy

What lol

If this was a playoff game, Svi and Lamar would not have played and PP and Hauser would not have gotten a lot of playing time.

This the first time Joe made changes to the rotation after going 5-0.

Common sense tells us Joe is exploring other combinations.

Yes, it's one game? But why are you bringing up titles? The Celtics have a long way to go be a champion. Al has taken a step back. Our bench is scary bad right now. Our top 5 is really strong, after that it's just not good right now.

I essentially watched this game without being on here the entire time, I enjoyed it. the things complained about weren't as bad as the comments. had we made a few more "good" looks we would have won. Ant stepped up and went lights out, that doesn't usually happen for 4 wins in a series in the playoffs. their defense was the main reason we lost. if you don't need to double Tat we might struggle this early season. I think we'll be much better for this in the long run, exactly what you want.

You don’t think teams are able to focus on both playing deeper rotation players for 3 minutes, and winning?

Lmao
