He's their weakest link.
Second weakest link is Brown.
Third is the Bench.

Can't really make the necessary changes until after the season.

Trade 7 for anyone stupid enough to take on his obscene salary & ameba-level bball instincts for some quality depth. Cannot stand to watch him.

And our MVP, albeit trapped constantly, needs to be better.

PS I think we are shooting 5% from 3 the last 2 games.

What they need more is the voice of JT.

This is JT's team.

If this team still needs Smart's voice then it becomes a crutch if that's the case.

We lost a game in OT and we lost a game where KP missed a wide open 3....no big deal---we just can't let teams take us out of our offense, by hacking us all game. Minny and Philly roughed us up a bit, coulda won both games.
Oh, at the End....Embiid's foot was on the line, that's why he pivoted his heal, Ref missed it on purpose or was too far away to catch it.

The bad news is Cs will not have a new coach any time soon.

So asking Joe to be fired over and over again will just be annoying.

It's Portland's now anyway, so doesn't matter anymore.

Yep.

Definitely blow it up. It’s time.

Trade Tatum and get the best package.

For Kuzma (33/9 today, plus the win!). Maybe throw in a pick if needed.

Team is soft and not built for playoff basketball if they can't handle physical teams. The Heat did the same in last season's conference Finals. They just generally struggle against physical teams with active hands.

The good news is compared to last season, this Cs team has all the tools needed for a championship season.

Last season the Cs were clearly missing a big man who can score inside.

I think even if the Cs made the finals, they would have lost to Denver.

This season it's just a matter of putting the pieces in the right place.

While the bench is weaker this season, it's nothing compared to not having a big man lang KP.

One player can make a difference and that player is Jaylen Brown.

Jaylen makes the right plays and this Celts team will be hard to beat.

A case of Jaylen must be the one who has to make a sacrifice.

I mean, it doesn't matter as far as picking for us anymore but it will go down in history when asking what we gave up to win a chip. 8-)

Glad we are on the same page.

It’s time for the Brown/Kuzma era.

Im not saying this isn’t frustrating but there’s a lot to do better; a lot of guys who can play better and need to figure some stuff out yet we’re still in these games against good teams on the road.

Just shows the floor of this team.

I know it's early, but I have to harp on this: this game and the last is showing us the same bad habits we've seen for years now. Team gets lazy down the stretch and they blow the game. Doesn't matter who's coaching or who's on the roster surrounding the Jays.

If this keeps up it seems they will have to be split up, cause the FO has done damn near everything else to fix this.

Imo this is the year they prove they can win together. Barring injury, if they can't get it done, I think JB is gone.

Jays were horrible. Heck, Kelly freakin Oubre looked better. Settling for outside shots all game long. I think I only saw Tatum take it hard to the basket twice the entire game. And Brown sucks. You'll get a good game from him 1 out of 3 games, and that's just how it is. We've added Holiday and KP but the issue still remains of when the outside shots aren't falling in, who's gonna try to take it upon himself to be aggressive and attack and try to score from the FT line?

KP, White, Holiday, and Hauser brought the fight tonight. I'm a huge PP fan, but I'm losing hope. His size and athleticism (lackof) means it's always going to be a struggle for him to even get decent looks. Maybe we could give JD a try?

Yeah, the Celtics will have to learn that the hard way.

That's why I said the best chance to win in 2025.

The Cs are good enough now, but they have to figure it out.

Right now the pecking order is not yet defined.

It was never defined. Not since Pierce or Bird
Everyone thinks he is a star
The coached are afraid of the players and JT is passive. Demand the ball. Show you are the Alpha. No heart at this stage. No fire
