Of course no one is turning down the cash if they win. But they put teams in the position of choosing between what's best for the team vs. what's best for the tournament. Any players the Bucks think shouldn't play both games should sit tonight and play tomorrow. Dallas is by far the tougher game. I still can't believe no one thought having B2B while trying to generate interest in the initial tournament wouldn't be a problem. I guess they figured it wouldn't be an issue early in the season.

Well, the fact that they even have home/away b2b is insane giving the environment.

I’m assuming Giannis is actually injured and not missing tonight because of rest. He’s already played in two back to backs (although, one he left early). I wouldn’t be surprised if he missed both games. If he was 100% he would play both.

Yea I was also very surprised to see a 'tournament' game in a B2B. How did they not think of that. Obviously have to tweak that if they want to keep this bs going in the future.

Really, how long until they just completely scrap B2Bs?

If only one of them could play both I'd rather it be Dame than Giannis.

I just don't want to see everyone play tonight and then punt the game tomorrow night in an F You to the home fans. The Dallas game should be a fun one if all play.

Should sit Giannis and Dame tonight, a little jab at how dumb the scheduling is.

Hornets have some real talent. Matter of fact, I think they win tonight.

Hornets, much like most bad franchises, brought it upon themselves for letting an owner, Jordan, meddle for so long. And now that they are clear of that, they locked in some awful karma with their approach to the Bridges situation.

Maybe it’s just me, but there’s a ton of reasons to watch each game: at least one of Dame or GA have played every game and they do incredible things when they play, the 15 or so minutes AJJ is out there are electric, Marjon has been showing great progress, Midds is still vintage during his limited minutes, Bobby still does Bobby things, it’s truly unique to see how bad Beas is as an on ball defender, and you never know what you’re going to get strategically from AG (both high school level awful systems and excellent nba concepts).

It's not just bridges. They've had multiple instances over the past couple years where they have failed to hold players accountable. Not that we are perfect, but you don't see our guys pulling that **** and there is something to be said about having high-character guys.

Can anyone pinpoint why our rebounding has been so bad this year? I can see some lack of boxing out and just general lack of effort. Also I feel like we have lost at least 1-2 balls that someone just loses and it immediately lands with our opponent for an easy 3 or dunk. I don’t understand what schematically we our doing to cause this

I would sit them both tonight and play them both tomorrow.

Hopefully Dame's calf is ok to play both.

Can we just sit everyone and forfeit?

Play Thanasis all 48 minutes. There will come a point where he will be tired enough that his out of control energy will be tempered. It is at that equilibrium of fatigue and kineticism where Ultimate Thanasis will be revealed.

I can see it now. 5 minutes left in the 4th quarter and he's sitting at 6 points on 2/10 shooting, 2/5 FTs, 13 rebs, 1 ast, 8 TOs.

Then he finishes with 38 points after a 32 point run to win the game.

Thanasis is leaving the court in handcuffs if he plays 48 minutes.
