This defense just became insane in the last 3 weeks. Just when I thought Pace couldn't get any dumber after his first, Claydoodoo midseason trade, he totttttttallly redeemed himself!

Pace? You mean Poles, right?

Hahaha! Yes, freudian slip? But yes propes to Poles very much are due! This defense looks great. And we have an elite weapon, at minimum, on offense.

If the coaches didn’t completely choke away the broncos and first lions game, we’d be 7-6 and be the 6 seed. If we win out, the bears could find themselves in a win and you’re in game against the packers

That might get us Odunze, Nabors or Bowers.

Sorry, 7th pick. The way they look now, they can be picking 11th before it's all over with. Unless they make the PLAYOFFS :o

Bears remaining a schedule:

@CLE
ARI
ATL
@GB

All conceivably winnable games with a healthy Bears team. May not be enough to make the playoffs, but if they do win out does that mean Eberflus and Getsy get another year?

Edit: I am not confident the Bears can beat the Browns. They have a very good defense, especially pass rush. ARI is not a good team, ATL is middling, and GB have been playing well.

The Sweat acquisition and the haul he got us for the top pick in the last Draft almost insures that he will keep his job. Hell, I'd nominate him for Executive of the Year. For real.

They probably could have won the NO game too

I think everyone might be coming back, assuming the Bears keep playing well. The real question is Fields

I wouldn’t want him back. Heck I think Eberflus isn’t a good enough HC either.

This season is definitely ramping up in interest for that question right there, along with the really fun to see and crazy drastic improvement that has been our defense this mid/late season.

Think Flus would take a demotion to defensive coordinator lmao? Defense has looked better since he took over and actually good post Sweat trade.

Fields potentially having legit trade value doesn't make me want to trade him less.

As long as the Reinsdorfs don't Benetti him. Those freaking bums. But yeah Amin is so fun to listen to, and I love that the Bears tend to get him on the call these days. He's great and his passion for our teams shines through for us Chicagoland'ians watching.
