I like Mazulla more than I did last year. But, come on, influence the game. 58 3s. At any point did he tell them to stop settling, pass up good for great shots?

Offense was way too casual. It was like we wanted to price we can score with the warriors. And way too much hunting curry. That got the team out of their offense.

But, they missed 41 shots of 23 or more! Wtf are you doing? Play basketball.

Hauser shot us out of the game btw.

One quick note, we were terrible down the stretch and deserved to lose, but Pritchard wasn’t out of bounds on his made 3 pointer. That very well could’ve been the dagger to win the game. Or we still would’ve choked it away. But he wasn’t out of bounds. The back of his foot was in the air.

It's the same old same old for the Celtics. They are literally a choke DNA team.

Sam is literally the second lowest contract on the team. He has outlived his contract and then some so I won’t pin this on him. What has happened that we have a built in reliance for him to get us ten points a night and since we don’t have many bench options, when one of them is off, it is often catastrophic.

To me so much of this falls on Joe. Tatum has regressed and I wonder if Tatum feels like the guy is a bozo as well and has no confidence in him.

It boggles my mind that a coach like Bud is out there…a championship proven coach, and we are riding with a guy I wouldn’t trust to coach a bunch of YMCA kids. If Bud ever wants to get back into coaching after his hiatus, we need to go all in there.

He has great value.

But if you're counting on him to carry the bench, like they did tonight. We're in trouble.

Everything gets harder in the playoffs.

As for the coaching. I've basically been out on Joe since the all star break last year. So I agree with your take and it would be a real shame for them to lose.cauxe they chose not to address their coaching problem and instead thought Sam Cassel was gonna fix the "holes"

I'm not dissing Hauser for tonight. I'm simply projecting tonight into the future because that's how I feel. I'll be more than happy to be wrong.

Probably gets 5-10 minutes in the playoffs. A few more if he’s hitting his threes.

Far bigger concerns in my opinion.

Hauser just needs to be one of those guys who can hit 2-3 3s to stop a run or extend the lead. That’s what he has been doing this season so I don’t get the concern.

JB was open and he just missed it.

He was trying to will the ball in.

Just like JT tried to force the ball in the basket in OT, with under a minute left.

Clearly the pressure got to the Jays.

Only solution to this problem is to keep being in this situation and prevailing.

Tatum and Joe leading the poll. Tatum was playing with a sprained ankle and sucked all game as a result. As for the coach, I already have a low opinion of his ability to manage a game, and this game didn't do anything to raise my opinion of him.

Reality is there is no easy way to guard Curry, especially when Klay is hitting shots.

That’s the reason they’ve got 4 titles.

Celtics switched more late and got a few stops but the offence faltered.

Switching isn’t the easy solution though either. Curry is elite at blowing by guys, giving up the ball and then getting an open look somewhere else. Just an absurdly elite and smart player.

Al had to make more of those great looks but he was supposed to take them, its not like he can drive! If he was shooting like he had before saying hes a great shooter yall wouldn’t be saying anything about tatum missing shots. Does he take poor ones i wish he didnt? Absolutely. Still, he was trying to do everything he could but he was also on a bum ankle, you try driving on it!

I say the same about Tatum, over and over. He is a notorious choker in close games.

He’s so talented but his go to move is literally chucking threes in the clutch…would be nice if he got the ball in the post more. He obviously doesn’t listen to coaching as much as he should because I swear Cassell at the start of the season had him taking much better sort of shots.

Him and Brown seem to be guys that just get rattled to easily and revert to old/poor habits.

Tatum the last month has been playing like 2019-2020 Tatum who still really didn’t know WTF he was doing cause he was still young as

If being on a bum ankle forces you to take horrible shots that have no chance of going in, you should probably sit out.
