It's amazing how the Celtics operate when they dont play slow clogged toilet bowl offense yet that is their go to mode late in games. Hope time runs out.

Derrick White is the new king of Boston lmao

I’m really loving the Celtics pushing the pace. Kings aren’t the best defensive team but this game in a way shows we don’t need Tatum dancing around the three or slowly bringing the ball up the court often. Just keep moving the ball around, drive and kick, and the offense would be hard for opposing teams to keep up with what the Celtics are capable of defensively.

Dunno am I imagining things or are the Celtics seem to be pushing ball more often on offense and get more fast breaks and pulling it back if nothing is happening tonight.

What a pleasure to watch White is. Never forces anything. Always in the flow of the offense. He soaked up some of the beautiful game from Pop. That trade was a steal.

Brown with 5 assists and no turnovers so far. IIRC no dumb plays either. Almost as impressive as White.

Actually drive the ball and put pressure on a defense..wild that can Actually work. Joe has 5 dudes that can score and let's 1 of them get shots 75% of the time at the end of games making it easier to defend.

We are scoring well but I don't think it's even our first 74 point half and there's been a number of games where we scored close to 70 in the first half.

Have to say though, I'm not sure how useful this style of play is in the playoffs. But it would be nice if we could go to it when opportunity is there. Just being able to play different styles and against any type of team will solidify our status as a contender.
