White's now surpassed KP in true shooting % among our top 8. He's a guard. He's also the only guard averaging 1.0+ block per game.

Guys currently averaging 16+ ppg on 65%+ TS% -- Harden, Curry, Embiid, Porzingis, and the GOAT DWhite.

Spo can’t wait for Boston to try to “play like Indiana” in the playoffs against physical defense. Tons of threes. No D. And 20+ shots from Brown in just 3 quarters.

Shots fell. We won.

It’s not “hating” to watch games with expectations of forming good habits. I agree that Brown has made a DECISION to be less selfish ever since ESPN called him out. This is what the “haters” have been screaming for forever.

However, now I’m conscerned that he will try force it and prove he is a playmaker in the playoffs against better defenses, when that’s not his natural strength.

I’d rather him just dunk and cut and let the ball handlers be the playmakers. You can be less selfish without having to run the point and play make like Haliburton. I hope he understands this difference in the playoffs.

If y'all are going to blame Mazzulla for the nights where no one can make an open shot, I'm going to blame him for the nights where no one can miss. It's only fair.

Nice win.

Best game of the season.

We shared the ball for the first team all season. 5 guys with 20 points or more.

This is what happens when the ball stopping, ball hog doesn't play. First time all season Tatum didn't take 5 dumb 3s in a game.

VC goes to KP and White.

KP was great. 24 points on only 11 shots. Also 9 rebounds and 6 blocks. He contested or changed another 6-10 shots.

White was really good again. 28 points on only 13 shots to go with 7 assists, 3 blocks and a steal.

Jrue with one of his game games as a Celtic. 21 points, 10 assists, 8 rebounds, 2 steals and a block.

Brown was really good with 28 points, 6 assists and 0 TOs and some rim shaking dunks.

Pritchard came in on fire. Making 3 3s in that first quarter and finished with 20, 4 and 4.

Brissett made an impact on the boards. 2 of his 3 offensive rebounds led to 2 3s made.

Queta was active and gave us solid minutes.

Nice bounce back coaching game from Joe.

The biggest difference from last year is Porzingis and his ability to catch the ball in the paint and score with ease. The key will be can Tatum and Brown maintain their discipline and allow others to control the ball.

Hmmm, okay... So maybe I was a little off when I said this was a scheduled loss.

Cs going to kick Lebron's ass.

It's Kawhi and the Clips that worries me.

The Celtics offensive performance (ORtg = 151.6) vs. the Kings was the best in the 806 games played in the entire league so far this season. It's the only game that exceeded 1.50 per possession. Cs also have the 8th best offensive performance (vs. IND).

Did this with no Tatum and with a "not a PG"/"not top 100" Derrick White orchestrating.

It's hating. Jaylen is playing phenomenal the last 10 games or so. You have to stop being selfish and enjoy the show.

No Lighting of the Beam tonight. Boston should have their own version -- Flick the Bean?

The Celtics creamed the dream of a beam. Kings thought they were big fish, but actually were just little bream.

Holiday and White each had more assists than Brown. They combined for 17/4 A/TO, while he was 6/0 and the rest of the team was 12/5.

You do realize that Monty was Coach of the Year in 2022, right?

I don't think Joe has reached Coach of the Year level yet.

Mazzula was 3rd in Coach of the Year voting last season. That put him ahead of 27 other coaches, including Williams and Spoelstra.

Went with White and Porzingis but everyone played well. Pritchard was lights out, Jaylen once again showing that he's a changed man, Jrue caught on fire for once, and our bench guys were solid. Such a satisfying game on a back 2 back after the Dubs loss.
