By the end of the year, we might wish we traded Julius (age and IQ wise.)

Happy for him. Too bad Thibs didn’t have him coming off the bench for spacing reasons.
We sold low, RJ was filler.

Posters have short memories I guess, but RJ must have played half his minutes with the bench, without Julius or Jalen. He didnt do any better with them. So unless it was all Thibs’ system as the issue, we gave RJ every chance to succeed and he just failed.

Wait. what.

People use to rip his dad on RealGM, pretty sure it was during the 03 season when he played for the Raptors, Jalen Brunson posted on the Raptors board defending his dad. I tried looking back but it’s kinda hard finding forum posts from 20 years ago. People figured it out pretty quickly at the time that it was Rick Bronson’s son posting lol it was obvious it was a little kid posting.

Rj is still a bum until he proves it when it matters.

Win Win trade. As long as we remain UNDEFEATED with OG, who cares?

i won't hate and will give rj his props for his big game. biggest question will be if he's consistent enough to do it on a daily basis. the same question we've had for the past 5 years.

I wish RJ luck. The NBA is a business and OG looks like a perfect fit for our needs. IQ had decided to price himself at the extremely high-end of the scale (looking for a Devin Vassel-type deal) and that's why he was included. I hate giving up that Detroit #2 but Knicks have a numbers crunch with our roster anyway.

FWIW he wouldn't be the first highly touted wing prospect that didn't really start putting it together until their age 24 season in Toronto...

time will tell. this was really his first good game from start to finish. all his other games he's had one good half and then a bad second half. so he still has a lot to work on. we'll see if he can build off last night and be more consistent

RJs decision making was the most impressive part. 6 assists, 0 turnovers. He had some nice kick outs and dishes, and didn’t force too much. Most came in the flow. He looked like the first 10 game RJ.

But we all saw RJ have some great games. Still a big question if he can maintain consistency and not regress back

IQ with 10 assists, 0 turnovers too.

It looked like a win win, fair trade…it’s still kinda wild how much better both teams look so far
