Not that this is earth shattering news. I was kind of sad to hear this but excited at the same time.

What a **** this is.

Would you be able to speak with this person tomorrow? I’d imagine there will be meetings after tonight.

Yeah we’re kind of ****. That’s why we need to sell it to one of the old heads - Stotts, Doc, D’Antoni, as one last shot at a title. 6 month commitment. You can retire a champ or wash your hands of everything in June and receive none of the blame.

Stotts wanted no part of this.

Would be poetic justice if he fired Griff and brought Stotts back.

Wtf this board wants stotts so bad wtf is with you guys no one mentioned him when the bucks sere coach searching noe this 65 year old who hasnt choached in what 3 yearz is no the phil jackson of available coaches

Nobody mentioned Stotts because Nick Nurse was available lol. When a top 3 coach in the league is available and is one of the favorites for the position, it makes sense that a solid but unspectacular coach like Stotts wouldn’t get as much love.

He *is* a solid coach though. We as fans rightfully had higher standards in the summer during the coaching search, but things are pretty different now lol.

As far as specific to milwaukee, if what I guess is true this family issue would apply wherever he got traded not just here

Family stuff isn’t any easier just because you're working in Milwaukee. Dame didn’t choose to be here; though not against his will exactly, then understand having one key thing--job--under his control can make everything else easier. Dame's human enough to appreciate Milwaukee, and pro enough not to dis or spite or hate on Griffin--sone highly skilled vets there and they have to know what they've got.

I know it's a fun joke, but Bud isn't the answer. It was a fine call to move on from him. We just made a **** **** choice in replacement.

Has GAD made an appearance on this board since being optimistic about Griffin right after Stotts left? That post helped my anxiety for about 10 mins.

Maybe he shouldn't (predictably) do dumb **** on the court, like me and the handful of other people you didn't cry about (predictably) , all saw and commented on (predictably) .

LOL. Bobby is so bad in your mind, yet you want to trade him and think you're going to get these great additions back. I surrender. :banghead:

You're the one who thinks people being frustrated with Bobby doing infuriating **** like back down the entire Jazz defense from 18 feet and throw up a flip shot with 3 people defending him in the lane and him being "bad" are the same thing, not me.

To be fair I don't think GAD has been consistently on this board in about a decade.

Neither, they are way too positive. But I sit near both of them!

Sneakily outing yourself as Richie Rich. :reporter:

We'd fire Griff before trading Dame.

I want Atkinson but the most practical choice is Stotts. He’s already had some training camp with everyone and knows Dames game very well.

Lol, we're going to get the lead down to 10 or so and we'll still be stuck with Griff.
