Here's another angle on Rozier (I really haven't seen a ton, but on paper he looks a bit like Simons or even Herro). Maybe he's a really good fit in ORL. I wish he were younger, taller, cheaper, great defender...but if he was, we couldn't get him.
ORL sends: Wendell Carter Jr., Jonathan Isaac, Markelle Fultz, Chuma Okeke
CHA sends: Terry Rozier, Nick Richards, Gordon Hayward
Rozier gets the green light and starts next to Suggs. He's basically a souped-up Cole Anthony. His yin-yang pairing with Suggs is supported by a similar combo backing them up in Cole/AB. Hayward is also versatile enough to get minutes at 2. Gary Harris tbd. I'd honestly consider seeing what Cole could return because Queen and Kevon are sufficient for 4th or 5th guards...and I forgot about Jett eventually making his entrance. Hayward is expiring damaged goods, but we're sending out expiring damaged goods to get him and Hayward, when healthy was a star. He could find a home here for a few years on a winding down my career in sunny FL" deal. He's got Ingles BBIQ, good shooter, good size, great passer...he's an aging star that has the skillset and smarts to contribute even as his athleticism declines. Like Ingles, Hayward can make everyone better in spot minutes - I'd say Hayward has much more likelihood of occasional big scoring games as well. Richards is a simple young brute with upside, providing some Goga insurance and maybe more on a cheap deal.
Rozier/Anthony
Suggs/Black/Jett
Franz/Hayward/Ingles (so much versatility among these guys at 2-4, they can all play multiple spots for different looks)
Paolo/M. Wagner/Houstan
Goga/Richards
We retain all of our picks, still have a serious amount of cap space/expirings this summer-if we want (Chuma/Harris not even listed). We could probably grab guy like Kris Dunn for Chuma and srp for more quality PG depth as I would expect playoffs. Lots of veteran leadership, savvy, and depth...we would be much more explosive offensively. We could make a trade now and gel as a team as our schedule lightens up and confidence builds as we climb back up the standings as the playoffs approach.
