Top-20 is probably a bit generous. I'd say more likely between 30-40.

Name 30 better

Clearly (14): LeBron - Curry - Booker - Durant - Tatum - Doncic - Jokic - Embiid - A Davis - Morant - Giannis - Lillard - SGA - J Butler

Arguably (13): Sabonis - Fox - Mitchell - Kawhi - P George - T Young - Haliburton - Brunson - Lamelo Ball - Jaren Jackson Jr - KAT - A Edwards - Wemby - and Jovic when Spo plays him

I don't think I've forgotten anyone. So, yeah, depending on what kinds of players one likes, Adebayo could be left out of the top-20, although he's making it harder and harder to leave him out.

I’ll give you the 14 although Morant isn’t there this year so I wouldn’t include him for this season.

You should’ve put the fake JJJ, Sabonis, KAT, Lamelo, and Wemby in green font as well. Although Wemby will be arguably the best player in the world in 2-3 years.

Give me Bam over Trae Hali and Brunson too. Trae the worst defender in the league, Hali has to show us something outside of regular season success (imagine if we had him) and Brunson is just a better scorer.

Bams in that Fox/Mitchell tier

Here’s the quote, now this is something. This shows there’s actually a sense of urgency within the front office to get something done and not waste the next 2 and a half weeks of the season trying to finesse every team in the league in a trade.

This screams Scary Terry to me.

Fake JJJ

I think you severely underrate Sabonis. He's a monster. Brunson has made NY relevant with largely a group of scrubs.

The thing about all the guys I put in the "arguably" part is that they all have weaknesses, and I still think Bam is weak as an offensive player when you're comparing him to other top-tier guys. And, for me, that is why Bam doesn't clearly get into the top-20 (or higher) category: he's not a guy you can go to on the offensive end and he'll get you 40-50 and win you games.

He’s a monster on the boards but he’s a very mediocre defender. His team is also catered to him perfectly and he has an elite PG to make his life easier.

I’ll take 22-11-5 basically while being the best defender in the world over what Sabonis gives. He’s done nothing in the playoffs and if you look back to last season he was dominated by Looney and him being unable to score and as the main reason they lost. They didn’t even defend him.

I’m telling you give Bam an elite PG like Fox and he’s going to another level.

They’re trolling heavily with Jimmys ranking, he’s a top 3 player when it matters most but then again Jimmy is also a massive regular season troll

You can't fight the fix buddy and Klutch dictating where they want there client too go. Lebron wants Murray and they are going to get him. They probably strong arming the Hawks behind the scenes.

If we'd gotten him, how long do you think he'd have stayed? I would guess that within the first month Jimmy would have wanted him gone, Spo wouldn't play him because the BMI would be something he couldn't ignore, and when he did play he'd go a typical Harden 2-30 from the floor in a game 7 and had us out in the first round.

The only place he wouldn't ask to leave would be Tootsie's...

This is what I was hoping for today and what was needed. Rumors always pick up far more on week days so I had a feeling we would start the week with some heavy stuff and get an idea of which direction we’re headed.

I’m erect.

Jimmy wanted him and gave the blessing for the trade, they’re boys. He single handedly beat the Celtics twice last playoffs, that’s more than Herro has done in his entire playoff career. To top it off Hardens skillset is exactly what we’ve been missing
