Yes.

We need more adults on this team. And he's been a positive contributor on teams going deep into the Playoffs the past 2 years.

I remember a few in-game situations where Lowry was able to impact game simply by making right read. He also knows the game so well, so he was signalling referees when they missed calls AND many times he was the reason why in 50/50 situations MIA got favourable calls. He is a high IQ guy, he was a defensive star in the past, just like Conley was. He knows how to take charges, he is still shooting 38.5% from 3PT.

P.S. Although I think he will sign with TOR.

Why would he sign with a team likely headed to the lottery?

There is a rumour: Miles Bridges to PHO for Little, filler and picks. If it is true, it looks like CHA are biggest sellers right now.

How is that possible? Suns is supposed to be over 2nd apron?

Did you read the first line?

Toronto Raptors legend Kyle Lowry says he's not retiring anytime soon but when he does he still plans on signing a one-day contract with the Raptors

Unless you think he's going to retire during this season, he's not signing with Toronto.

As long as the money matches, its perfectly legal. 2nd Apron teams can still make trades, they're just more limited.

That's a fair trade, as both teams can't say "no" fast enough!

Unless you think he's going to retire during this season, he's not signing with Tornonto.

The thing is that he wants to finish his career in TOR, or he sings with PHI, since he is PHI native.

Didn't know Bridges is only making 8M. It may work by sending out Little + Gordon. Suns don't have much salary to send out unless it's Allen.

Again, he explicitly states that by "finish his career in Toronto" means that when he's ready to retire he will sign a 1 day contract so he can retire a Raptor. He's never going to actually play for them again.

That is how fair trades usually works. Fans from both team hates it and feel like the give up too much

Not a fan. Anfernee Simons is exclusively a SG, and we can’t afford a $24 mil sixth man

Jerami Grant is okay I guess, but is he worth $160 mil over 5 years?

The value is in the pick, but we’re a win now team, and POR is win-later, particularly if they trade Simons and Grant.

You can sub in Borgdon instead of Simons. I was thinking may also flip Simons and/or #1 for Murray. It's just talk and we don't expect a major trade would really happen anyway. Towns' value is not going to be any higher after he scored 60+ pts :D

I just don't see Portland suddenly deciding to build around KAT (28), Scoot (19) and Sharpe (20). Especially with how far away both Sharpe and Scoot look from being good players.

If they ever had any interest in KAT it was before trading Dame. It makes absolutely no sense now.

Pass for POR.

Need to be patient and build through the draft.

What about KAT, Jaden, and WMJ, for Trae Young and Jalen Johnson.

Why for the Wolves. Move Naz to starting PF, Jalen Johnson becomes starting SF, move Conley to the bench and now you have Young and Ant as one of the best backcourts in the NBA. Gets Ant off the ball and Trae will create for him. Speeds up the offense and adds playmaking. Trae becomes Ant’s PG of the future.

Why for Atlanta. Instead of a rebuild you move Murray to the PG and now have a more reliable offensive weapon in KAT, a reliable defensive weapon in Jaden (whose offense is developing and will be a legit 15-20 on effective scoring as a third option.) You can move Capella and start Okongwu next to KAT, or keep Capella and start Capella next to KAT. Atlanta gets to play big ball with Murray, Bogdonovic, McDaniels, KAT, and Capella/Okongwu. Size is winning now and Atlanta gets a ton of it.

So doubling-down on the 2 guys Atlanta keeps saying they're building around?

But mostly I have no interest in Young. He's a career 35% 3pt shooter, very turnover prone (barely better than 2/1) and one of the very worst defenders in the game.

I like Johnson a lot, and his rebounding would be needed badly losing KAT, but he's not the defender McDaniels is and I don't trust he's suddenly become a very good 3 pointer shooter (massive jump in % this year, but still on low volume. Could be a lot of noise.
