OKC looks to be coming down to earth as they are 5-4 in their last 9.

Philly down big in Portland.

OKC loses and drops below Denver in the standings.

It's Jokic's award to lose now.

Denver in OKC Wednesday. OKC won't want to drop 3 straight. Wouldn't be surprised if OKc wins their 3rd straight against Denver

I think Denver really wants that game. Denver will bring the defense and intensity. I wouldn’t be surprised if Nuggets win by double digits

Jokic in the lead. OKC has been more up and down lately. Big game between nuggets and okc next.

The Knicks and Cavs are right there with Sixers and could overtake them in the seedings. The seedings will be very close.

Jokic played 40 minutes and never really looked tired or winded tonight. His stamina is absolutely elite.

OKC appears to have peaked. Denver appears on the upswing after struggling earlier in the season.

SGA needs to beat Denver to stay in the hunt IMO but unless it is a smackdown, I'm not sure it will be enough for SGA when all is said and done.

Denver is on target for the best team record of the Jokic era and Jokic is the defending FMVP and 2x MVP. He's proven everything.

If the contest for MVP is close, that's likely advantage Jokic after last year.
Thank you Nico!

Very interesting matchup between Jokic and Giannis tonight. Gotta give Jokic the nod, but credit to Giannis for showing up despite recent illness and noticeable injury. That’s what great players do.

I could see Tatum getting some late buzz if Celtics go above and beyond 60 wins while having a 5+ game lead on the rest of the league.

*Not saying he’s better than Jokic but narrative and wins can play a big factor towards the end of the year

To be fair Luka has the 73 point didn’t miss game so yeah a sample size of 3 is variance.

1. Jokic
2. Gap
3. Giannis

I’ll be honest never thought Embiid would get an MVP. He just doesn’t play enough, he’s right for about 60 a year. Should go down the Shaq path and be fit for the playoffs because that matters most.

Jokic has been the most valuable player for the last 4 seasons straight. His peak right now is right there with the best ever. His 21 and 22 seasons my god they were awful whenever he sat, 23 gets the 1 seed with 70%ts!!! Lmfao. Dude is broken OP

That second play… right now dude could shoot 40% and still by the most impactful player on the court no one can even come close to laying a claim on that.

I don’t think there’s an argument anymore yeah it’s boring as I don’t see a coherent conversation but he’s that great.

Umm he won 2 straight with Murray missing a bunch of games. Specifically you know he did an ACL right?

Luka is playing at an all time great level. The seeding is hurting him.

So you saying you need players on your team to win? Wow what insight. Next thing you will say is that jokic will need 4 more players playing with him at all times.
