Bulls LOL.

Persuade them they need Bobby back to put up 18 and 10.

Mirotic had it coming.

Just send us Caruso in return.
Fischer was on Duncd on and said the Bulls view Curoso as their best player and don't want to move him.

I doubt his price goes down, which isn't a bad thing. Keeps him off of Boston and Philly.

If your best player is a 30 year old 3 and D specialist you should probably start over.
That's where I'm at with them. Why hold on to anybody? Unless they smash the draft two or three years in a row, nothing's happening anytime soon.

I think the Bulls are playing it the right way. They now they have not only the trade deadline but the draft to try and trade Alex so why not puff up his value.

Portis and Caruso both have contracts that expire after next season. BP has an option for the following year, but he will want more money, so it's one more season for both.

We have no idea how coveted BP is, but I can't see a team that far away from the playoffs like the Bulls wanting BP (plus his history with them). So you need a third team or you offer the Bulls all the young assets, which the Bucks won't do. I don't see it happening.

Dunn, on the other hand is probably doable. His contract ends after this season. Marjon should be enough.

I haven't seen enough of Marjon to have a full analysis, but he's talented. I just don't think he has a grasp of team basketball and how to play. Some players never get it and some do. Just wish he and AJG would be given more time to show what they have.

Duncan has become a moron. Coby White is their best player. Caruso doesn't start when they're healthy, and is averaging on 26 minutes per game.

They have every right to play hard ball with a trade, but they're aware of who he is and isn't.

Being able to annoy Giannis /= good defender as we saw with Semi, think we'd rather keep Bobby for scoring/rebounding/size. Grant Williams doesn't do it for me.

You guys are forgetting how good Grant Williams has been in the playoffs vs Bobby who sucks in the playoffs and sucks on the road in the regular season. I'd gladly do that swap. Bobby is fake, Grant is real and that's what matters come April.

Williams .393 and .450 from 3 with 89 and 40 attempts while playing good defense. I didn't include the low attempts years but it was 59% year 1 and 2/4 year 2 in playoffs. Do you want me to post Bobby's playoffs numbers? Because you should all know by now.

I feel like you don't know basketball if you wouldn't swap Bobby for Grant, Dallas should be making us include something else in that trade.

That wasn't Nate's thought. Again Fischer said the Bulls view Curoso as their best player.

Williams isn't some perfect fit or player but there's a whole lotta irony in nitpicking him as a an extremely limited offensive type and act like we haven't spent the last 2-months dreaming of dudes like Thybulle, Delon Wright, and Alex **** Caruso lol.

Williams can start or be a 6th man on a finals team. Bobby can start on a trash team, play in team at best. That's really the gist of it, it's a better younger player and even if the fit isn't perfect you gotta take the free upgrade in talent if given the chance.

Because without someone that can stop dribble penetration you can't even have the semblance of a half court defense, and all of those guys can guard at least 1-3. All of them are top 10 poa defenders, top 10 in deflections, etc. Grant is way more limited as a defender, less switchable, not a rim protector type help defender in the post... yet he is getting paid way more than they are. Makes zero sense.

Bobby has a ring. Williams is younger, but Boston prioritized rim protection and POA defense over undersized floppers and let him walk. I would say it has paid off big time so far. You just can't over pay limited role players. Not sure why the argument is Bobby vs Grant when we can do better. By all means trade Bobby but not for Grant. I completely disagree that Grant is an upgrade but at the very least he isn't free at the money he is making.

Big difference between guys that stand in the corner like Williams, and guys like Caruso, Wright, and Dunn that can handle the ball and pass, but still shoot as well as Williams.

No, there really isn't. You saw how useless a guy like Kris Dunn was on offense tonight despite the fake "40% 3PT shooter" label. Caruso, Wright, Grant Williams, Matisse Thybulle. They're all dudes that you just hope will make enough open shots to not be a complete offensive liability.

Lol, the nights they miss they're fake, sure, just like Dame was useless tonight too.

The difference between Dunn and Dame tonight was Dunn defended.

Other nights, they both hit 3s.
